One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The night manager gave a customer who came in late the wrong key card and he promptly stumbled into our room at 2 AM scaring the hell out of my husband, me, and my child who was inconsolable for the rest of the night. Apart from some vague apology from the lady at the front desk, (who gave us the wrong name of the night manager), there were no attempts made by management, or the hotel to apologize to us. I understand that mistakes happen, but if you don’t take the safety of your guest seriously, that is an issue. Will definitely stay at the radisson across the street and not come back again.

Overnight stay with family. Rooms were comfy and had good amenities. Ate a sweet potato curry dish in the bar that was fantastic! Check in was super easy, as was check out. Seemed to only have 1 airport van running when we checked out to go to the airport and there was no order there.

We were down in the basement and the whole place smelled like smoke and the entire night. There was a family of kids above us and ran up and down their room and kept us awake the entire night I would never stay there again.

This is a convenient option for those with early morning flights. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel at all. The dining room and food is pretty decent (but completely overpriced) but the rooms are tiny, the hallways are gross and stinky, and you should ask for a room close to the elevator/stairs. We were on the 3rd floor in the second farthest room from reception, and it was like a maze trying to find the elevator (which was not clearly marked at all). We could not take the stairs due to the luggage trolley, and for anyone with mobility challenges or heavy luggage, do not ask for the 3rd floor. If you are wanting to take the shuttle to the airport, good luck for an early morning flight. It fills up very quickly, so we had to walk. Although it was approx 10 minutes with a child and lots of luggage, it’s not ideal early in the morning. The hotel should really ask guests to book the shuttle to estimate how many people will need it at certain times, and ensure there are multiple shuttles for early mornings or popular times.

Excellent property. Highly recommend. Walking distance to Dublin airport. Staff are amazing, especially Jason! He spent an hour helping us obtain boarding passes, after his shift ended. He was amazing and should be commended. Food is great. Chief was fantastic with our child’s severe food allergies. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Shuttle service excellent. We will return and recommend.
