Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, an IHG Hotel

I had booked a junior suite and was given the Ducati Suite on the 4th Floor, to me this has to be the best room in the building. Staff are amazing and will always ensure that the guests are left happy Great hotel especially if you need to be in Dublin for anything

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport and shuttle service. Overall the experience was good. Clean and quiet room and a good restaurant for meals. Easy check in and out. We did have a mix up with breakfast purchase and it was a little pricey not to have breakfast included. The other frustration was with the shuttle service. The service is every half hour and the hotel uses a couple of different shuttle buses. One can accommodate 45 passengers, another one may accommodate 8 passengers. My family and I were left behind to wait an additional 30 minutes at the airport because they brought the small bus. This was fairly frustrating at the end of a long travel day. Still not sure why you wouldn’t always use the big bus.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel shuttle to and from airport was convenient especially for our early flight this morning. Only negatives were the amount of extremely loud door slams after midnight and the thin walls. We could hear a baby crying hysterically above us and a couple yelling.

The property is very convenient from the airport. The airport free transfer is a plus. The staffs are very professional and very proficient in performing their duties. Easy and fast check in process. I will stay here again and will recommend this property to friends and families.

We spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza arriving around 5:00 PM after a 7 minute ride from Dublin Airport. Our 4th floor room was very comfortable with an excellent bed and very nice bathroom. We were encouraged by Alini, who checked us in, to stop by the lounge for beverages and snacks. This we did before walking to the bus stop to go into downtown Dublin: 2EU60. The days are very long right now and it was close to 11:00 PM when we got back, also by bus. Check Google maps for bus routes and do a little research on direct routes. The bus drives afforded us some relaxing tourism and a rest on the way back from our walking around Dublin - vey much appreciated! Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza was first rate with plenty of choice and even some golden honeycomb. The hotel is directly across from a magnificent park with paths and exercise stops plus kiddie obstacle course. The hotel has a jogger’s map.

I had a lovely stay with Crowne Plaza. The staff were very friendly. They rang up to my room to make sure everything was good. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I had dinner with my family in the bar and the staff was nice and the food was good. I would recommend the hote.

Our one night stay before heading to Canada was amazing. From check in at reception right through to check out next morning. Stayed with other family members and service in the bar and restaurant was great. Food was amazing, will definitely be back.
