Impeccable service and amenities. The front desk guy was very kind and helpful. As a family we were impressed. Beds were comfortable. My child liked that there was hot chocolate mix in the room. There’s a restaurant available. The shuttle to and from airport was convenient and has many times available.

Our check-in did not go as planned. We alerted hotel well in advance that we would be arriving from the airport around 3:30pm. When we arrived we were told the room would be ready at 4pm since check-in is at 4pm. No problem--we grabbed a meal in the restaurant and came back around 4:15pm. We waited (and waited) and watched as a number of other guests checked in to their room. We were told that the single rooms were cleaned but our double room (2 adults and 2 kids) was still in the process of being cleaned. We finally got checked in around 5:25pm. Now I realize it was New Year's Eve but communication wasn't great and we had been traveling all day. Sadly, once we checked into the room there was a odd smell (best I could describe as melted/burnt crayons scent) and the carpet in the room was extremely worn. In the end, it worked out fine and we enjoyed our lone day in Dublin but really wish communication could have been better.

Quick check-in, great breakfast with great service. Large room with a small goodiebag for the kids. The room (116) had a very bad smell - something between curry and something from a bad thrift shop. We had to sleep with the balcony door open, even though we had a 2-year old with us, so we didn’t get much sleep. As a bed for our just turned two year old we got a tall, fold out adult-size mattress in the middle of our room instead of a travel bed for kids.

Stayed here for one night using two rooms for family. Shuttle was full for the time slot we had to leave the following morning, so the front desk lady arranged for a taxi, at their expense, to get us to the airport! That’s great service! However, the showers didn’t drain properly and one room was freezing and the other was warm. If needed, I’d stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.

We were staying in a family room with a fold up bed which my 13 year old daughter had to sleep in. There was a big dip in the mattress it was so uncomfortable. We were there for 2 nights but towels never got changed. The shower was in the bath with a shower curtain. This meant that the water went everywhere over the floor and we had to use the towels to clean it up. Good job a brought a few towels with me. There was no plug sockets at the bedsides so I had to move a bed over to a plug socket as I need oxygen to sleep and needed a plug beside the bed. Also when I booked we thought we were getting air conditioning as it was advertised. I really needed air conditioning for myself and my two daughters have special needs so we all really needed it. It was something I was looking for when I booked. But there was none when we arrived. The hotel did offer a % off our stay if we decide to book again but we won’t be back. I only received this offer after checking out. I think they could have offered us something during our stay such as free parking or free breakfast. Could have done with a mimi fridge in the room with it being a family room. Kids just ended eating really unhealthy food during our stay as I couldn’t give the yoghurt and cheese or even a sandwich only good thing during our stay was being able to Sorbonne balcony and watch the planes coming in. The hotel staff were friendly. In particular the staff who were on at breakfast time. Hit and miss this hotel.

Excellent stay. From the minute we checked in we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The kids each got a kids pack which kept them happy and the slippers and bed were extra comfy. Our room faced the runway so the kids loved watching the planes on the balcony. The airport shuttle was also great and had us there in minutes. Couldn't fault anything would definitely stay again.

Trip started with the shuttle from the airport which was exactly on time with a helpful and kind driver. Staff at the hotel equally helpful, room was great , and although it was not included in our room rate through Expedia, we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast for only €15 each. Things cost what they cost, no complaints about that. Excellent choice of a hotel. ..... That said, some words of advice to travelers through Dublin..... get to the airport for your departurat at least, and I am not kidding, at least 4 hours early. 5 hours early might be better. I've traveled internationally for decades, and DUB takes the cake for most overstressed, overtaxed airport of all time. The lines at DUB make Disneyworld's lines pale in comparison. At least 4 hours. You'll thank me later.
