Booked a family room to stay due to a late arrival into Frankfurt airport and an early flight the next day - the room was very spacious with two twin beds and a king, plus a sofa. Restaurant let us order food to-go even though they had just closed. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

To find a family room in Europe in a nice hotel is not easy. This hotel family room is great! Staff is attentive and you dont need to walk to the street to be at the aiport.

The hotel was extremely understaffed. There was 1 check-in desk and nobody was answering the reception phone for several hours! We booked a $600/night suite and were cold because there was no one to give us sheets for the kids! We tried calling reception more than 50 times all day! The line at reception for checkin was very long too and there was not concierge..Very poor service!

Very good stay, We traveled with adult child, the club suite has 1.5 bathroom with door between the two sleeping area which make it very convenient. Very good free breakfast buffet. A little draw back is when we checked in hotel at 6pm, the lady told us the club lounge open 24 hrs, but she failed to tell us the food serving in the lounge end at 7:30pm. When we went to the lounge at 7:40pm all the hot food are gone.

It’s a perfect family room set up. I wish more hotels copied that design. Hotel is basically short walk to the Lufthansa check in. So easy!
