Staycity Aparthotels Frankfurt Airport

Very friendly staff, downstairs was a very relaxed atmosphere. My room was quite small (they called a "Nest") but it was equipped with everything, even a little kitchenette. I was able to open a window and there was aircon in the room. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel seemed very family friendly.

This is a perfect location for a family with kids in transit in Frankfurt for few days. The rooms have everything, from washing liquid to pots and pans and just around the corner is a great supermarket. The only thing that they can improve is the staff attitude, they have to be proud of their property and not act like is a camp refugee, their attitude is indifferent and especially for tourists coming from other countries where the pride and their respect for whatever job they have is high, this can look very bad on the property. Also the shuttle bus driver needs a lot of improvement in his attitude

Terrible communication (and a general don't care attitude) from the staffs. Very sparse shuttle service (every 30m) from the Frankfurt airport. Overcrowded shuttle may not be able to take everyone!!! Location is a pocket that is next to the airport. The pocket is far away from the airport that we don't want to walk especially with luggage, at night, in the morning, with kids, etc. The pocket has a lot of hotels but no shopping or restaurants. Do not stay here unless you just need one night for either arrival from the late flight or leaving on an early flight. it's not close to any attractions or business. Did I say that the staff don't care? Yeah, they don't really care. Definitely low level of service.
