Staff was very polite and helped in every way. We slept well and found plenty to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was incredible with tons of options to choose from. This is a family run property and they went out of their way to help us park and find a place to charge our EV.

The Metropol is a superb small family run hotel. Everything about our stay was excellent. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, an innumerable choice of foods, many local and organic. We enjoyed making our own juice followed by fresh fruit, yogurt, several types of muesli or granola and wonderful bread. For us, the hotel is in a perfect location. Within easy walking distance to the Central Station/Underground, the Old Town, various cafes, restaurants and shops. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
