It's amazing to stay in the hotel, the room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa bed which fits my little kid well. The location is central, with the underground station and tram stop right in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, when he knew that we came here to watch the football match of Bayern Munich, he took the initiative to inform us the best way to get there with public transport. Really enjoy our stay, would definitely come back again for holiday.

When we arrived one gentleman was complaining about his room, but we riding suspected we were going to have issues as well. Overpriced. It’s the best option around the area in front of the main train station, We had no TV service. The phones where not working ( so no ways to call the front desk) you had to come downstairs to talk to them. We were told they had no management on the weekends so they couldn’t fix the TVs or give us a different room ( traveling family with a 5 year old) We had no towels and our bed had no sheets. Breakfast was overpriced and a bottle of water was 18 euros. After paying 1000 euros for two nights we will not come back to this hotel.

The staff were so nice and they arranged for me and my family an early check in very easily. The location of the Hotel is super close to the metro central station.

Very nice property with great amenities! The gym has everything you need to get a little workout in and then you can head over to the sauna/steam room to relax, both were great! The room was very nice and spacious as well as a great shower room. The only downside to this stay was we must have been placed on a floor with a lot of families because every morning between 7-9am we were woken up by kids running up and down the hallway and being very loud. The rooms were not very quiet, you can definitely hear foot traffic in the hallway, but other than that it was a great stay!
