Overall this is a great olace to stay for families. There are so many activities for the kids to do including the pool, outdoor playground, and acrade. There are three restaurants on site but not much for picky toddlers to eat. They can help you get tickets for Disneyland Paris which saves you some time. The room was a bit dirty as there were cobwebs on the ceiling and mold/mildew around the corners of the tub. They also seemed to have very little staff working at the front desk. Every time we went up there was 1 or 2 people workong to service about 10 families in line. So overall our stay was just okay. Would probably go again but not recommend to others.

My kids enjoyed the aqua pool and kids facilities. But the food was terrible at the hotel, both breakfast and lunch & dinner. Although I paid for continental breakfast (not the normal one). Some of the staff was friendly, but majority were not. Appreciated transfers to Disney. But would have loved to have early transfers from hotel to CDG. I had to take hotel transfer to Chessy.

I reserved 2 rooms total of 6 days each very pricey for the service. The front desk was very unhelpful. one of the rooms had no refrigerator and we requested 3 times to fix and this was never resolved. I asked for a discount and they would not apply. The next thing a guest pooped in the pool they did nothing to clean I only used the pool 2 days. they wanted us to change rooms 3 times I finally put my foot down and we were able to stay in the same room thru out the week. The free shuttle to Disney needs to be more organized you have guests falling over one another on enfants and toddlers we used a taxi several times. It was the worst experience at a hotel and a very expensive stay. I will not recommend this hotel nor will I stay here again.

Lovely hotel and amazing for the kids. Pool is a bonus, especially being open so late!! We also made use of the soft play area and the playground outside which were great. Breakfast was basic and rooms could do with updating but overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back here. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Family of four stayed for one night clean and tidy, very helpful staff , children loved the pool great slides. Asked for a room close to the reception and got one, rooms were good comfortable beds children loved this hotel

Very good for children, swimming pool open late. The only down side of our stay was the return shuttle bus from disney. No organisation, not good if you have small children. we ended up getting a taxi.

Room was big and staff were extremely helpful and answered all our questions with no problems. Great facilities inside hotel and lots do do for kids. The only downside was breakfast,as it wasn’t great. Got bored of eating slices of ham and cheese… would have preferred sausages and poached or scrambled eggs instead. But that costs €9.99 extra per person…
