Very convenient as in walking distance to Disney, however beds were too hard and uncomfortable, carpet was dirty, we had dirty towels, there was chipped paint, the curtain was not fully attached to the rail, some of the light bulbs weren’t working and the walls are very thin so you can hear other families.

PROS:
1. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
2. The breakfast buffet had options for everyone in our family.
3. I loved that there was a restaurant, bar, and store selling Disneyland merchandise on site.
4. The room was clean (albeit not anything fancy).
5. It was conveniently located and we liked that there was a free shuttle to and from Disney.
CONS:
1. The room had no air conditioning (which seems standard in France) during an 85* (Fahrenheit) heat wave. We were on the 3rd floor and heat rises, and it was 80* in our room at all times, even at night. The window opened a couple inches, but there were a bunch of spiders on the window outside (one of whom looked pregnant) and we didn’t want them to come during the night so we kept the window closed. The ceiling fan did nothing but move the hot air around. We had to sleep on top of the covers and we were still sweltering hot.
2. The water in the shower would not stay one temperature. It kept fluctuating between extremely cold and extremely hot.

Bare bones basic, and I mean BASIC. If you are familiar with Disney facilities in the U.S., lower your expectations for Sante Fe. Needs refurbishment. Staff NEEDS training on Disney signature customer service. Seemed as if most employees were in a bad mood. Its rumored the French are rude but i was trying to be neutral. None of the usual happy Disney smiles and greeting we are accustomed to in Orlando, Fl. I noticed in different buildings some old dilapidated ice machines, none of which were working. Asked front desk for ice. They sent us to the bar area of the restaurant La Cantina. We greeted the man at the bar and asked for ice. Again, seemed as if we were bothering them. He reluctantly threw a few pieces of ice in a cup and handed it to us. The Disney bus transportation is a free for all. No semblance of order or structure. Everyone rushes the doors. Stroller or wheel chair?? Good luck! Same customer service at the parks. Just unpleasant. For the tv, on the main screen that greets each family, go to settings and choose English. That will give you English for the Disney channels only. Otherwise you only get BBC News and Europe News channel. There are some Spanish, German, Mandarin and French channels. No fridge, no coffee in rooms (which we knew). If you use washcloths, bring your own. No wash cloths provided. Towels are paper thin and rough. Towels a Dollar Store would sell. Bed and pillows are not good either. we would not stayatSanteFe

The room was very clean. Easy to go to Disney land Paris. We saw the Disney characters at the hotel. Good for family.

Great to be in a Disney hotel, particular with children who love cars! The hotel is a bit dated but not sure if it’s meant to be like that because of the theme.
Bedding was poor - only one pillow each and duvet was thin. Bathroom is basic but clean.
All round what is expected for a theme park family hotel.

My first ever trip to Disney and I was nervous at first about being a solo adult in a ‘kids hotel’ but nothing to worry about. Room was perfectly themed, cleaned every day, toiletries provided and beds were very comfy after a long day in the parks. Breakfast could be quite busy but the buffet is great. Veggie sausages were amazing! I didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but being able to meet characters in the hotel in the evenings, and get a free hot drink every day was a big plus. The staff were all very helpful as I checked in and used the luggage service, and it made my trip magical. I’m already planning my next one!

It definitely is value - the room is considerably small, the beds uncomfortable and the bathroom difficult to manuveure in. The carpet stained - cracks in tile, bugs in room, shuttle to mall is complimentary to but not to the shopping centre as expected - only to train and from there we get go. Paid Uber 9.00$. Truthfully - the La Cantina was subpar - I did not enjoy it much at all. The kids didn't each much. Husband was somewhat content.
Overall - did the job as spent most of our time at Disneyland. Plus was that the Starbucks and Trading Post opened late (11pm), the shuttle to disney parks came often and the walk back from Disneyland at night was pretty and quick enough - less than 20 minutes and I'm a slow walker

Great value Disney stay. Not too far into the parks, room theming fun for the kids, and staff super helpful. Check in was an absolute breeze to get us into the park early on the first day before returning to the room in the afternoon. No tea and coffee facilities although you get some vending credits on your room card. Would definitely stay at the Santa Fe again. Also wheelchair friending and route to park is also - about 15 mins easy walk.
