Hotel Cheyenne is the perfect disney on site hotel if youe not looking to pay lots for a hotel. Hotel is walkable to disney parks and has a shuttle bus roughly every 15 mins. Buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner was delicious with lots choice for different diet requirements and lots of veggie options. Room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed however we stayed for 3 night and every night you could hear screaming and excitable kids from other rooms as the rooms are poorly sound proofed and all have the interconnecting doors for large groups which again always allow noise through if someone is occupying the room your connected too. Overall very good hotel and wasnt too expensive for the package deal.

Disney holds itself in a high regard and therefore you tend to expect higher standards than the average hotel, especially considering the higher price points. We have stayed in multiple Disney hotels over the years which have consistently blown us away, but the Cheyenne was nothing other than disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, with the fixtures, fittings and furniture looking extremely dated and in need of a refresh. The bathroom itself was okay, again in need of some TLC but the main issue was the consistent smell of sewage coming from the drains. Although it was not an issue we faced personally, the two rooms opposite ours had big problems with bed bugs, both parties had small children who were sleeping on the fold out bed and were severely bitten by bed bugs and ended up leaving the resort early due to this. We stayed in the Geronimo building, which had no lift to the second level so you need to carry all your bags up a flight of stairs. We had no issue with this but it may be worth contacting the hotel in advance if accessibility is an issue for you. The hotel grounds itself are quite large and feel quite empty with a lot of open dead space. The walk to Disney Village and the parks are perfect, taking no longer than 10 minutes on a leisurely stroll along the river. In summary, I would suggest maybe spending more to stay at a nicer resort, but the resort would be ideal for young families if the above issues were addressed.

I’ve been a regular visitor to Disneyland over the years but this is my first time booking a Disney hotel with the tickets and dining package. Overall I would give the package 10/10. Half board made it so easy, especially with two children under 3. There’s a good choice of places to eat and the food we had was very good. Having tickets for both parks every day also great as it took the pressure of spending too much time each day. Hotel Cheyenne is really well located, it’s a very easy short walk to the parks, and the bus serves just the hotel and is super quick and quiet. The rooms are a little worn and a little on the small side for a family of 4, but that said we found it comfy and warm, and everyone slept well! We were also very close to the restaurant which was very handy. The staff are all really lovely and helpful, a couple of times I took my children (10 months and 2 and half) to breakfast on my own and was offered help and when we needed room service late at night they arrived very quickly. Parking is free and plentiful, there’s a Starbucks onsite and a very well stocked Disney shop. Overall we loved our stay and being there made it a lot more relaxing than we anticipated it being!

Fantastic stay at Disney Cheyenne for our first family visit to Disneyland Paris. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and the theming is amazing! Could not fault it and will definitely return! Big thank you to Tessa in reception who was super friendly and helpful when checking us in, she gave us first time visit badges, birthday badges and Halloween festival badges!

Loved the hotel. Theme was brilliant for kids. It was basic but fun. Good shops in site that were open till late. Bar was nice. Restaurant was perfectly find for what you need. My only criticism was housekeeping. The sink blocked in day 1 (plug wasn't working perfectly) and it stayed blocked until day 3. Other than that all good.

Enjoyed our stay here and nice atmosphere for children particularly. Great to have a starbucks on site but lots of noise carried through the walls when in our room.

Hotel grounds are nice to walk around but there’s nothing to do. No playgrounds or anything for the kids. Rooms are super basic, dated and worn out. Bathroom is very small and bathtub shower is dangerously slippery. Only reason to stay at this hotel is proximity to Disneyland and the early access to the park.

Frustratingly despite specifically booking two double beds per room (as my children are teens and talk) we were allocated 1 double. 1 single pullout per room - as we are 5 guests this wasn’t ideal. Also no tea making facilities in room and the free ones on offer from the machine were awful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were ok but v expensive for the price. Drinks 9 euros for a glass of wine or 8 fir beer. Also room comfort not great. Towels scratchy and husband hit his head on fan trying to open window as air con wasn’t working properly. Good location and staff friendly but didn’t feel the ‘magic of Disney’ here !!!
