B&B Hotel At Disneyland® Paris

Stayed with my son for 4 nights. The check in process was good - the staff on reception were helpful and welcoming. The room was basic as expected for a budget hotel, but everything was clean and functional. The hotel grounds were also very nice and tidy and an effort had been spent to make the place seasonal for Halloween which was nice. Now unfortunately that’s about all the positives I can say. The food ordered from the kitchen in the evening was absolutely diabolical. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was absolutely awful and inedible. Cold undercooked pizzas and tiny miniscule portions of meals for kids. Breakfast was so disorganised and chaotic - not an egg in sight! No plates or cutlery. Rude staff at breakfast with a horrible attitude. Oh, and don’t think you can take ANY bag down to breakfast - even a mobile phone pouch I was forced to take back up to my room. The Disney shuttle bus is hell!! We ended up walking to the parks after one bad experience where my son got crushed by a large and overweight family barging on with pushchairs and pushing everyone further in when it was already very full. I would avoid this hotel next time we come to Disney.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. It is situated well for access to Disneyland Paris but the free shuttle bus is awful. If you’re booking this hotel for access to Disneyland then I’d consider a different one. Unlike the official Disney hotels which have multiple busses within minutes of each other. This hotel has one bus every 20 mins with no queuing system either to or from Disney so it’s an absolute free for all. People pushing their way past other people and shouting and swearing at each other in front of kids. This could be rectified if the hotel out on more busses at peak times or had someone Marshal the Que but currently I’d avoid it on this basis. You end up getting to Disney late because the bus is full so you have to wait another 20 mins then on the way back it’s absolute carnage.

We only stayed for the one night prior to going to Disney but the hotel was well appointed and clean. The room was big, with enough beds for the whole family not to have to share.

We stayed here for 3 days. We are very happy with the rooms and other facilities. Free shuttle bus services to Disney land, which was a plus point. We have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Easy for a family of 5 to stay after a busy exhausting day at Disney. So quiet and beautiful views from bedroom window! Clean, spacecious room. Yummy pizza after a late day at Disneyland! Brilliant that we were able to get at 10pm as the restaurant was open until 11pm!! Take away into hotel room to eat and chill In our own space! Kids comfy and slept very well!! Air conditioning not the best, but was able to open window wide to get fresh air! Perfect for our stay as a base. Also did some last minute Disney shopping in the hotel shop where the staff were so helpful and kind. Check in and check out so easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking easy. Breakfast yummy!! All you can eat and something there for everyone, including the picky 4 year old!!! Coffee great! We all were so happy with our stay and would use this hotel again when we next come to Disneyland Paris for sure! Thanks guys!

Didn't realize the amount of kids when booking Lol, my fault

We really liked this B&B hotel would defo recommend but the only thing I would say to the hotel is to invest in an actual mattress for the travel cots. I didn’t appreciate the staff on reception not helping me and when I asked for a duvet to put down at least to make it softer they said it was not allowed. The cot just had the base board down and they think that’s acceptable for a toddler to sleep on, she may aswell slept on the floor. She ended up sleeping with us as I was not letting her sleep in that but that was the only thing that let the B&B down. We’ve been to a lot of hotels and they all have mattresses for travel cots. Location was perfect as so close to Disney, lovely grounds and lovely facilities.

Great place for a families

A nice hotel situated just outside of Disneyland that has plenty of parking albeit at 15euros per 24hrs but it’s still cheaper than parking at the park plus there are 2 shuttle busses one being a bendy bus so room is plenty unless you have buggies. It was a slow check in but staff have many forms to do on their systems but all is good. The room was nice but with a couple of grips like there’s no tea making facilities in the room and the window opens fully and without no restraint so be careful that your children are safe near it. And the bath is tiny and the shower isn’t high enough in my opinion but apart from that it was clean and well maintained.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel family of 5, was just what we needed and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice even for fussy children
