When we arrived we were astonished that the "family room" had only half of an already small wardrobe available with only three hangers for clothes. There was virtually no floor space either so the entire week was spent picking wrinkled clothes from suitcases. This was made worse by the fact there was also no iron in the room.
The room was far too warm and when I told reception the air conditioning wasnt working they told me they had turned it off for the entire hotel. Every guest I spoke to complained their room was too hot. The wifi was atrocious which is not good with 7 and 11 year old girls. The tvs had only basic tv which consisted of mostly french speaking channels and as they were not smart tvs we had no netflix or similar to fall back on (although with no wifi they would have been useless anyway.)
The breakfast was also a massive let down.
In a hotel full of brits i would have hoped for some English/Scottish breakfast options but the only sausages were curry sausages and the bacon was rock hard over cooked streaky bacon.
No fried or poached eggs. No hash browns. No sausages or back bacon. No pancakes.
Basically it is by far the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would barely give it a 2 star.
The hotel also charges for car parking. Pay each time you leave the car park. I thought this was ridiculous for a 4 star hotel.
Sorry but I would avoid this place at all costs.

Great hotel, felt uncrowded and open. Great family room and easy, free shuttle bus to Disney where you can go on to Paris or into the parks.
Breakfast a little busy, but expected given the size and school holidays. Same woth return shuttle bus after the night show.
Will deffinately stay again

We had an amazing stay at dream castle hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Outdoor pool was a real plus. The kids loved it. Highly recommend. Lovely breakfast.
Only downside is the shuttle bus on the way back from disneyland at the end of the day was awful. Very traumatic experience for the kids. Everyone was pushing to try and get on the bus. There should be a queue system to stop this happening.
So if you are going to disneyland and watching the display at the end of the day...get a taxi or use bolt app to get back to hotel.

We are a family who enjoys higher-end hotels. We seek having those “creature comforts” of home while traveling. When you walk into your room, you want to feel that you’re the only one that’s stayed there. There shouldn’t be any evidence of the previous guest. This hotel was an absolute dump, if our itinerary allowed for more than two nights’ stay, we would have left the property and found another hotel. The experience started the moment we walked off the lift. The smell of cannabis was evident to my family, including my 2 daughters. There was an electric box hanging by its wires in the hall. Then we got to the room, our key cards had not been programmed. After fixing that, we finally got into the room, this where the real disgust began. The WC was disgusting. The mirror was framed and the gold paint was worn off revealing red lines. The sconce lamps on each side of the mirror were shattered. The shower stall was even worse, as it apparently was never cleaned, mold was growing in every grout-line. The faucet was laden with mold as well. The toilet was stained and worn. Walking out into the room itself, the furniture was cheap and well worn. The carpet was stained everywhere. There was supposed to be internet, but though we were able to connect, nothing would load, suggesting a bandwidth issue. Lastly was our breakfast experience. We were sat at a table, went up to get some food, & returned not 5 min later to find the table was given away. Save your money for a better hotel

Pros - lovely reception area, friendly staff, room was a good size, the double bed was comfortable & there’s a decent size fridge in the room.
Cons - the single beds in the family room were child size so my two older teenagers didn’t sleep very well. No coffee machine in the room which I’d expect in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was mediocre and so busy we didn’t have it the second morning as couldn’t be bothered to wait in the huge queue. On the morning of departure we put the do not disturb sign on the door, despite this a cleaner knocked and then just let himself into the room which I was very unimpressed with.

We had a brilliant stay here. Checkin was fast, room on second floor. We had family room with three beds in and didn’t feel too cramped. Beautiful view so we’re very lucky. Few negatives, needed more storage space as only had small wardrobe and that was all. Bathroom was getting a bit tatty and toilet seat was broken, and although kettle there weren’t many tea bags or milk left. Also nearly ran out of toilet roll.
Breakfast buffets was scrummy though, everyone was happy. Went to dinner buffet once, and although pricy it was good food.
Overall we would go back

Good, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant facilities for a family resort, with lots of choice. Shuttle buses can be a bit of a scramble.

The bedroom is outdated and there were numerous flies in the room that I notified the hotel and Expedia too - the hotel was not willing to change the room or fumigate the room. My children did not have comfortable sleep due to the infestation.
