Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort

The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The facilities are clean and calm. As a couple or with families the area was lovely for all to hang out. Lots of quiet and calm areas. Our favourite resort in Denarau.

Spent our first family overseas holiday at Sheraton Fiji Denarau. It was absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredible - so friendly, welcoming and they were great with our daughter. We loved the chilled out vibes and it was brilliant for families - we felt like we were home! It’s a short drive from Nadi airport. There is a reasonably priced shop on-site (a few shops for different goods, but talking specifically about a convenience store for odd items like milk, it’s open late which is great). Cocktails are great and pretty well priced ($25FJD). Food was amazing at Tatavu - we went on our final night for a special dinner and had wonderful singing from the staff. Food was great at the buffet each night too and for breakfast. We mainly skipped lunches and filled our boots at brekky and dinner. Pools are great too - can see how it would get hectic if at capacity but we went in May and it was fairly quiet for half our trip (though it did get a bit busier towards the end of our stay). Not so much for swimming room/floating room but for seats around the pool. The location is so good. We went for a wander to the other resorts close by and we definitely preferred the feel of the Sheraton. It feels more elegant, spacious and “hidden” away from it all. Our daughter loved the Bula Bus too! Bula vanaka Sheraton staff, you are amazing and we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely great place especially coming with a toddler. Pools are great for toddlers. Staff always friendly and helpful. They accommodated to our needs when needed. Overall I would highly recommend and will probably be back.

Omg where do I begin? This was amazing!!! The staff and the kids club. Amazing pools !! 10/10. Can’t wait to come back and recommend to all my friends and family.

One of the best Holidays we have had with our young kids. Sherton resort was amazing, they really made it special for us and we will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommended and Thanks to expedia for their great deals and making the experience easy.

Love the entire 5-day stay. Sad to see it come to an end. Will always recommend the Sheraton Fiji to family and friends as an accommodation destination. Thank you to all the staff as they truly looked after our every needs.

The hotel facilities is good! The room has very average for a resort. My daughter’s bed wasn’t in the room when we got there. A bit annoying to ask if we were 3 people in the reservation. Room cleaning was very poor, lots of mold in the shower too. Everything was very expensive. Food quality and taste was very average for the prices. No activity for the kids if won’t pay for the kids club. Doesn’t make sense for me to pay for a kids club in a resort. Ver unlikely I’d stay again or recommend for a friend.

The beds had bedbugs leaving me with bite marks, the exhaust in the washroom was mouldy and had foul smell every time we switched it on. The housekeeping simply washed used coffee mugs in the wash nasin and kept it back (something i saw as i was in the room). The kettle was not working, and the door to balcony was jammed. Kettle changed but then i had to tell them that the switchw as not working either. Horrible mouldy chairs in the pool area. Always short of places to sut by the pool, no kid friendly food options. On check in i requested details about marriott bonvoy benefits as i am a member, was not told about it till i came across the elite cocktail hour by the beach. Upon asking i was told its almost over and next one will ne next week so i miseed out. Requested an easly check out, was told the manager will het back anout what could be done, no one bothered to call. Every room service order had a $14 delivery charge and no good eating options for kids. Never again.

Had a lovely time staying with my family including 5 adults and 2 children. Staff were lovely. Kids club was ok but more aimed at younger children.

Always enjoy staying in this location as has both adults and childrens facilities which is great , the kids always have a fabulous time in the kids pools! However has become very expensive since our visit last year (2023) even braiding the kids hair has doubled in price. Beware the additional charges can become quite costly.
