Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa

We had the most incredible time at this hotel. The staff are so beautiful and friendly and the rooms very spacious. I have a very active 2 year old and there was plenty for him to do, we were also welcome at kids club if i accompanied him. Our room was a good 800meters away from the lobby/breakfast but we were happy with the walk after food. If you don’t like walking ask for a closer room, otherwise there is a bus every 15 minutes to take you back and forth. Breakfast was great and I would say the prices for food and drinks are on par with Australia. Short walk to the marina that has all the shops etc for supplies.

Staff and facilities at the resort were excellent. Perfect for young families looking for a holiday where you don’t have to travel around and want to relax

The fact tha despite booking the Hilton spending at the Hilton was not honoured on my Hiltons rewards membership. The adult pool was not functioning the whole time of the stay. There was a lack of coimmunication about this. The main pool was overun by children and noisy activities when we as the brochure indicated could have been relaxing in an adult only section

Beautiful pools, great poolside service, scan the QR code from your sun lounger. Very engaging kids club staff with fun events. Convenient shuttle to run you around the resort. Also a little ticketed bus to run you around to the other local resorts and port, for shopping and dining. Great place for a few nights stay

Great place to stay. Stayed for 7 nights and loved every minute. Staff were all so lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Especially great with kids too. Would stay again.

The staff were amazing with wonderful atmosphere. Although we had rainy weather the resort ensured our kids were entertained and had an amazing time. Pentouse room was so amazing with balcony view all around. Cant fault them!

The staff were amazing, friendly, cannot fault! The hotel was beautiful, always clean, staff cleaning the trees everyday, the food was outstanding. We will definitely be back and bring some more family

My wife and I stayed here with our 10 month old daughter. Overall, this place has potential, however some small things added up to make our stay unpleasant. I will say that the staff are pleasant and food tasted great. The things that bugged us were as follows. Our villa was the farthest possible one from the lobby/pool/food and closest to the adults only part of the resort. Didnt much make senses to us seeing as we had an infant with us. There were empty villas in between but whatever, less of a big deal. When we arrived to the room there was only 1 towel for all three of us and no tea towels for dishes or bags for garbages. We called to have some brought over and eventually showed up 45 minutes later. We paid for a room with a walkout pool and day bed mattress. The mattress was missing from our villa. We called to have one brought over. During our stay we called 3 times to have the mattress brought, each time they said they were bringing one, it never showed up. Essentially ignoring the problem until we literally checked out. Speaking of checking out, the day before our checkout we reserved a taxi for 0730 in the morning. The desk said they would pick us up from our room at 0715 with our luggage to bring us to the taxi. Sure enough the time rolls by and no pickup ever came to get us. My wife had to walk to the front desk with our child strapped on to get them to pick me up with our luggage while the taxi waited. For the price we paid, we expected a better quality of service

The staff here really make the holiday. Rooms are big, great beds and showers. Pool is massive and always sunbeds available. A little bit dated and could do with a refurb but other than that a nice place to stay with kids.
