Ramada by Wyndham Moose Jaw

It was fabulous...loved the "Dove" products in the bathroom. Very quiet, clean, and staff were very friendly. Great continental breakfast. Enjoyed not having a swimming pool, less kids running around. Did enjoy the relaxing giant hot tub/whirlpool.

We had very good experience with Ramada Hotel. Staff is professional, breakfast is very good for all family. Thank you a lot!

The area on the west side of the property is undeveloped. This is natural in any area that is growing and expanding, that being said it would benefit both the property and it's guest to have a good view on the west side. In my point of view the best way to give travellers nice scenery is by adding greenery. Plant tall trees. If you really want to go the distance as a company itself and make a real impact on any community; sponsor a park, not a little playground but a nice walking park with pathways and plants and Greenery and of course a playground for kids and several swings for adults and children goes a very long way. That is just my thoughts on how to improve this area around you. A park is a great Investment for both you and the community of Moose Jaw.

We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms. It was very nice and clean. Will stay here again.

Crazy dude came and knocked on the door to tell us to stop talking because his kids were going to bed and if we didn’t shut up he’d come back and beat us (two women) “pay” for the noise. We told the front desk and they called the room and told him not to come to our room again or else they’d call the cops. Should have moved us rooms- had to put a chair in front of the door in case he did come back. Did not sleep well. Should have moved rooms, was not offered. On a good note free breakfast was pretty good. All in all 3/5 stars.

We are travelling across Canada as a family of 6. Stayed in the family suite (Room 101) for one night. Worst experience ever! Room was good, beds were comfy so much so that crickets had moved in. Talked with the front desk as we had killed a couple crickets and found another dozen or so dead ones. Was asked whether I had opened the window (as if it was my fault that dead ones were already there). Unfortunately, the hotel was full and could not be moved, other local hotels were booked solid. Was offered some complimentary chips and drinks as I had booked through Hotels.com. Needless to say, kids were an emotional mess having to sleep in the room and still hear a cricket or two all night. Also, the furnace is extremely loud. Got very little sleep before another long day of driving. The hotel obviously knows about the cricket issue as there is a bait canister behind the one tv stand. Can't find a way to follow up with hotels.com either. On a better note, my in-laws had a room on the second floor and enjoyed their stay very much. They probably could not here the crickets because of the furnace sounds.

There was a kids hockey tournament going on the weekend we were there and the parents decided to hang out in the breakfast room and let their kids run the halls and bang knock on doors til after 11pm. The staff did the best they could I guess? But what a nightmare
