We love this hotel. The pool is a highlight for our family, but we really love the suites with the full kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to lots of amenities and easy access to the airport and a fair price are also highlights for us. Nice breakfast included with the room too. Great for families or extended stays.

Great stay! Pool was packed with kiddos, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it, but over all then stay was good

We enjoyed the high quality breakfast, working waterslide for kids (a fun waterslide with LED lights inside of a tunnel) easy parking access, very clean and modern eco-friendly facilities. Excellent choice for families travelling with small kids.

This was the most terrible experience. The hotel is in shambles with ripped drywall, broken locks, no baseboards, wet carpet in the room. the pillows were lumpy and had no consistency. The room was dirty. The hotel was taken over by unruly children running and yelling through the place and with noisy adults with no regard for other guests. I will never stay there again.

Berry noisy due to kids running up and down the hall till 2:00 am. Tried to go swim and use hot tub but pool was closed for some reason not impressed be at BC all.

Staff was courteous and rooms are clean and comfortable. Was looking forward to using the pool during my visit, but the hotel uses the facility for swimming lessons for toddlers/children with instructors and parents taking up the majority of the time during the day. By the end of the day the pool was extremely cloudy and dirty. These facilities should be used for hotel guests only in my opinion.

The guests staying above us, you could tell they had kids, which honestly I don’t mind but please don’t have them jumping in the floor, maybe if family come with kids then maybe they should be on the first floor, was up till midnight and up in the morning by 7 due to the kids jumping around so much..
