Days Inn by Wyndham Regina Airport West

The property is good except the room we rebooked through Expedia was listed as sleeps 5. We were expecting to have a pullout bed for one of our adult children. I showed the front staff the booking info and they told me there was nothing they could do. When I asked why it was listed as sleeps 5 they just kept repeating there is only 2 beds. It’s very frustrating. I will not stay at Days Inn again. This is a first for us and we travel a fair bit as a family.

Lots of kids. So it was a tad noisy. But that’s ok. Front staff was super friendly. And excellent continental breakfast. Also the pool was nice and warm so you could actually swim in it. It was perfect!

The hotel room was nice and clean. My only issue was the child that drank from the water fountain at the pool then spit it out into the fountain, while his mom watched him and said nothing. Gross. That was enough to make me leave the pool area.

Clean convenient and safe. Fun for family trips.

As disappointed with the overall experience majority of staff were uninterested in assisting clients and were usually on their personal phones at front desk. Pool area was not maintained had to ask for towels on multiple occasions the pol door was supposed to be secured requiring extra key but I two occasions had been left open by staff and this meant underage children were in the area unsupervised the hot tub wasn’t working on the Saturday and when checked with Staffa fort we went in and it was frozen was informed that they were aware and maintenance wA coming the next day surely it would have been appropriate to have had a Sign informing clients of this Was unable to get breakfAst during my stay except the day I was leaving a staff were unable to keep up with the Amount of people Have stayed at multiple hotels in the Wyndham group worldwide and this was by far my worst experience

We usually stay at the Days Inn when we’re in Regina visiting family. The rooms are always clean and comfy, the staff is always friendly and the location is great (and near a beautiful grasslands park which is ideal for walks). A great place overall!

On the plus side the room was clean. However, 2 of the 3 nights had kids screaming in the hallways and stairwells at midnight. Ran out of soap in the shower dispenser after one night, asked for a refill and it never happened. Outside the front door, there was more than 100 cigarette butts on the sidewalk. Won't be going back!

This hotel is terrible if you are traveling for business purposes. It was very noisy from the kids running up and down the hallways, stairs and outside at 3 am we barely got any sleep. Doors slammed and kids yelling in the halls and in the rooms across the hall. When we checked in we told the front desk we had early flights and long work days so we would appreciate a quiet area. Would never stay here again on business.
