The room was excellent and the people where so nice, the breakfast was simple but well prepared. The kids were having a blast in the pool, a lot of laughter which is always nice to listen too.

I really wasn’t sure how my stay was going to be at first glance. When we first checked in we discovered a group of kids surrounding our room. They were incredibly noisy. I would have to say what saved the day was the quick response of the staff. They made the stay incredibly comfortable. From the check in (I think his name was Dan, tall guy with glasses and a beard), to Chelsea who found us a new room so fast, and then the lovely man in the restaurant who opened my bottle of wine for me, they were all exceptional. Thank you!!

Excellent stay with great staff!! Our family enjoyed the pool and our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious!!

I like that it is on out skirts of city and the traffic noise was minimal. Last night there was a few children in halllway being loud and going from one room to another

I loved the size of the room and the comfort and the space. We were comfortable with space to move. I did not appreciate kids running and yelling up n down the hallway at all hours of the night. During the day is fine for them to do this…but early morning and all hours of the night is not acceptable.

We have been staying here for a few years but this year the hotel appeared more run down and grungy. Unfortunately a person was sleeping/staying behind the elevator area on an upper floor. When reported to front desk it took a little while to check. Lots of children were around the hotel. Once they did go look they politely escorted the person out.
