Average hotel. The hot water was scalding. We happen to be there when there Hockey teams so lots of kids running around.

Pool down (main reason for booking and travelling this far from our event). Fridge has sticky gunk under it. There’s no remote in the room for either TV. Pillows are small. Drapery pole to kids room held together with electrical tape. Not a great exp. Wouldn’t recommend this specific hotel.

Non stop running and jumping in the room above us till 11 pm then started up again at 6 am.The shower head exploded and hit me in the face spraying water all over the bathroom completely drenching the ceiling and walls while i was taking a shower there was no maintenance people on site to change it so we had to use the shower in another room because they didnt have any other suites that could accomadate us.The website states a arcade room so my kids were extremely disapointed when the staff told them there wasnt one at this location and the kiddy pool sprinklers are no longer functional.There was no apology for the incovenience of the shower so needless to say we will never visit this establishment again.

Overall our stay at the hotel was great. The pool is old and dated and way too small . More like a kiddie pool. Breakfast wasn't nothing o get excited about but it was ok.

room was not what we thought we were getting. staff informed that pictures were old and not updated. had to get another room to accommodate us and our 6 children. was not offered any kind of discount. There was a gaming unit (xbox) in the room but we were not allowed more the. on controller. was extremely displeased with this. there was a box of controllers behind the desk. staff was unpleasant towards us at the front desk. pool was not working as stated in description when we booked. splash park part was shut off for our younger kids. although the maintenance man went above his expectations and got us a life jacket for our youngest as we couldn’t purchase one because everything was closed. we live 2500km away in SK and plan on doing this trip once a year, this is not a hotel we will be going back too. extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this stay.

My family enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly, hotel was kept nicely. Breakfast was plenty. And the slide in the pool was great to entertain the kids. Close to many places to eat.

Rooms and hotel clean and freshly renovated. Great for families with a nice indoor pool and slide. Included breakfast could be a bit better but was acceptable nonetheless. Great bang for your buck!
