Holiday Inn Montreal Longueuil, an IHG Hotel

The commun area is very impressive. The rooms are OK, clean and comfy. We really enjoyed the free dinner and breakfast for the kids.

It is out of power twice when I use hair dryer. Nobody come to check after I call the front desk first time. The room is totally dark with two kids in the room.

This is my favorite hotel in Montreal, when ever I am here to see my kid at college, I stay here. Love the classic open lobby space, and modern finishes.....

The receptionist was very nice, granted my family an early check in with no charge.

When we booked the party, there was no mention that the hotel was organizing a new year party. We had two children with us who were not able until 2 am because of the music and noise. The party was held at the entrance and not in a party room. It was a terrible night and we will never visit again!

Lovely quiet hotel with all the comforts you need away from home. Easy 15 minute Uber into the city to see the sites. My family enjoyed the pool and delicious breakfast

First off I want to say that all staff members we encountered during our stay were polite and friendly. Front desk spoke amazing English as well. We stayed here for lasso festival and it was nice and easy access to the venue.We had 2 rooms and our request was granted of close rooms as we received side by side. Room was comfortable and clean. AC was perfect for me but my hubby would liked it to be cooler. Keurig in the room and fridge was lovely. Love that this hotel provides dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and hand wash and body cream by the sink. I like that housekeeping still cleans rooms daily as I know a few hotels don’t offer this option. There was tons of free parking x we ate the restaurant and food and service was excellent as well. We were pleasantly surprised that kids under 11 eat free. Pool are was nice. Kids loved the pool but the jets in the sauna didn’t work while we were there. Overall nice stay and would definitely recommend and consider staying here again if we go to the festival next year

Very clean and bright hotel. My kids love the big TV. Scene from the window is pretty. Quite satisfied.

They refused to accommodate my son's life-threatening allergy in the restaurant, despite assuring with me they would do so upon check-in. Private lessons were happening in the pool on Sunday afternoon which prevented my family from taking full advantage of this amenity. The paint on the pool is crumbling and coming off in spots.

Friendly and helpful Staff, great for families, my 11 year loved it. A little outdated but very clean and comfy beds. Hottub was not working. Wish I would have been alerted but still a great place to stay at an affordable price and very easy to get all the attractions and downtown. Thank you
