You must consider if you are going with kids, that the water is not safe to drink, the hotel notify us as soon as we got there but I do wish I knew that before hand. Everything else was amazing clean rooms, the service is really kind, breakfast was amazing so we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is beautiful and the main bed was comfortable. This was our second time staying there. There were a few issues however. The sofa bed for the kids had a partially broken support leg but still functional so the hotel did not change our room. We decided to take a chance and risk it and we survived…but not great for a four star hotel and an “executive” suite. The AC in the main bedroom would not get any cooler than 18C (64F). On one night the indoor temperature in the bedroom was 74F…not healthy for a hot Sept night when it was at least mid-70s F outside. Lastly the shower design did not work for us. Water kept overflowing to the floor and we had to wring out the floor mats after each bath to avoid flooding the bathroom. Hopefully the hotel is able to pay attention to these. It is generally a nice hotel with a lot of great potential to be lovely.

We like staying at this property with our children. The rooms are large, the washrooms are also large, we like the sitting area and the beds are comfortable. We use the small in-room fridge to keep milk and eat breakfast in our room. We can also get Tim Hortons across the street. We like to play pool on the main floor. We use the sauna, pool, hot tub, and the gym. The hotel is right off the highway which is very convenient.

The Hotel was nice and modern , Staff was friendly, Room very clean and comfortable, just out side Montreal. My only issue was about the shower, It was open in the bed room with no privacy, I see this as a problem if you are with a family and will need to ask every one to leave the room if you want to take a shower.

This is an alright hotel, free parking, pool etc. But our room was missing it's fridge and microwave (the other room we booked for family had both), and while they brought us a fridge, they wanted to charge $15 for a microwave. I also overheard a gentleman complaining to reception that his room didn't have an iron and ironing board (our room did), and they wanted to charge him for renting one. Just wanted to note this because it was super weird. Otherwise, a nice average hotel.

We really enjoyed staying there. It is the nicest hotel in the area. Check-in was quick and simple. The lobby is beautiful. The room was bigger then expected. Perfect for our family of 4. The washroom is large. The shower is great. Excellent water pressure. The room had a table that sits 3, microwave and fridge, even though we were told there wasn’t. Does not include breakfast so we got milk, muffins and cereal at the grocery store. The restaurant is gorgeous but expensive. The pool is small but wasn’t busy. The hot tub is big. The exercise room has a gorgeous view to the garden. Most equipment was in good condition. The sauna was not working. We enjoying playing pool in the lobby nightly. There were a couple of small hiccups with staff, but we were still impressed.

The hotel was under renovation on one side and it looked amazing but they only have one queen bed and some rooms are glass shower. The side we got as soon as you get out of the elevator you feel like you went back 75 years. The hallway had a smell. Wallpaper was missing from the walls and there was writing in the walls looks like some Keira took pencils and start writing. Room was so old. The furniture was all scratched up and they were so old looks like they had been since the hotel opened 15 years ago. The alarm clock was like 100 years old. The washroom has so low lights my kids didn’t want to go in by them self. It was so sad when half of the hotel was in this new modern rooms and rest where stuck in broken bed, furniture and sad looking washrooms.
