The staff were really nice here! We stayed over Labour day weekend and we were pleased. There was construction going on next to the hotel cutting off the sidewalk so if you’re planning on walking especially with children be aware. This is obviously not the hotels fault though. Overall we were really satisfied!

I was immediately surprised by how luxury the hotel is. It's so clean with such nice quality things in the rooms the beds, the bedding the bathroom, the decor the lobby, free WiFi, very nice breakfast in the morning. No waste dishware even wine glasses in the room. Such nice staff and the location to the metro wow so easy I would come back here for sure again and so affordable for families. My daughter and her friend took lots of selfies lol they were so happy and in awe of what a nice hotel you brought us to mommy!!! Thank you for no hidden costs very easy and accommodating.

Very roomy and business oriented design, equipped with iMac in every room and public area. Good breakfast, the fruits were very fresh. Noise isolation is good to outside, but not so good to the next room. I heard the baby next door cry clearly.

We had a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was lovely and especially clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast had enough options although a cold buffet. We travelled as a family and all of us enjoyed our stay

The property is ok. If you have very managed expectations you will be fine. The washrooms don't have locks may be it's a Montreal thing. The hotel may be good for corporate clients but not very good for people with families. There are a lot of things that can improve to make things better but the most important part the view is not that great due to constructions. If you have to stay here request for higher floors room facing backside of the hotel.

I loved the staff at the front desk and the individuals working in the kitchen because they were really nice and knowledgeable. However, on our 3rd day staying at the hotel, someone came by and asked to clean the room but we were still busy so they said they'd come back. When we came back at night, no one came back to change the towels or clean the room for us. Also, my 2 babies (1 year old and 3 months old) got sick because of the temperature in the room dropping at night. It would be nice if the heat could stay on at night if the parents need it for their kids, so they don't get sick. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for we have stayed there the 2 times my husband and I that we have been to Canada.
