Sandman Hotel Montreal - Longueuil

We had a stay with a small family. The hotel is nice, room was pretty clean we enjoyed the stay. The parking was free and very convenient.

This property was ok the only thing I didn't like was the kids

We were put in a hallway with lots of kids of hockey. It was loud and couldnt sleep. Let the front desk know and they moved us for the second nighg.Good customers service

The staff was so nice to us. Everything was good. We were just very unlucky that our four neighbours (with their kids) talked loudly at night, kids dashing around in the corridors and my mother (68 years old) could not fall asleep. The front desk staff helped us change to another room finally at around 10 pm. Although my mother felt a bit quite tired the next morning, we appreciated already the help from the staff, or my mother could not sleep at all. My mother really liked the service from the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't that diversified nor special but we liked the waffle made by the staff. We like a lot her smile and attitude. The gym and the pool were a relief for our travel these days. The free parking was amazing, and the sunrise and sunset view of the Montreal city were fascinating that my mother preferred to stay inside the hotel and asked me to order food outside ! One thing to the hotel: When we were leaving from the tenth floor, the elevator did not work. After having waited for 10 minutes, I tried to press "up" then the elevator stopped by the tenth floor !!! Generally everything is good and we will come back again !

I came for a one night stay at the hotel with my 3 children. The staff were great, parking safe and nice little gym and pool area. Also not to far from great restaurants ! Would go back !

The staff was so kind and helpful and very understanding of having 2 small kids running around. Would highly recommend

This hotel is very difficult to find, even using GPS. There are no maps in the lobby and staff were unable to help. There is no espresso coffee available at breakfast, even though it is available at dinner. This is unacceptable. Otherwise, it is an adequate hotel with a pool that my grandchildren really enjoyed

I wanted to leave my wife and baby and go outside meet someone for personal business, but looking at the broken internal lock of the door couldn't find peace of mind leaving them scared, so spoke to front desk staff but wasnt helpful. Its 12:39 am and my baby is asleep, best they could offer was another room 3 floors down and did not sound very happy to help, kind of blamed me for this situation .. while my baby is asleep and have many languages and stuff, I am not ready to disturb the kid and my wife to move to another floor so I am forced to cancel my plans and not go out, stay in the room and protect my family. I explained all this to staff they said it's not their problem. Maybe because I dont speak french!

I liked how convenient it was to go over to the downtown area. Great parking at hotel if you have your own vehicle. Also close to a metro station if you rather public transportation. My husband and i found it easier to drive our own car around town because we had our kids with us. Parking downtown montreal not so bad, if you dont mind paying for parking. Hotel was clean, quiet, restaurant downstairs, enjoyed dinner our last night. Continental breakfast is offered even though we opted to experience the different cafés around town. I would definitely stay here again! Charles was helpful our first day checking in. Ohh and there is a pool! Definitely would recommend 👌!

Perfect property for family stay. We had great time, all things needed were available at the house. Easy check in and check out.
