Went there for the 1st time with my family of 11 persons. Pricewise..its amazing! Cleanliness to breakfast! No complains! Staffs very pleasant. Will definitely come back again.. and will recommend it to all my friends

Great budget hotel for family

King deluxe room very small, stand up shower was spacious and water jets was strong (plus), king size bed was large and comfortable (plus) Cons: no house keeping came to clean the room and change towels and sheets, fan in bathroom didnt work, weekend we stayed had a group of kids check in as well im guessing for hockey tournament or something and kids noisy running around in the hallways late at night and early morning But location was great for getting around

It’s clean and quiet. Also the Breakfast is included so it save us a lot especially we are a family of 6.

We were there for one night. Good price and clean rooms. Not bad for free breakfast and use of the pool for the kids. Very Recommended

Spent a night at this hotel while exploring Old Quebec on our recent family vacation. Everything was decent EXCEPT upon waking in the morning we noticed a single chip that our daughter had dropped on the floor while watching TV before bed the night before. The single chip was covered in ants and there was a steady parade of ants across the floor from the baseboard to the chip. We were lucky in that we had left our food bag in our vehicle over night, otherwise this may have led to a much bigger issue. It still left us feeling uneasy and questioning the cleanliness of the property. We noted this upon checkout at the front desk, but they seemed unwilling to help. It took 4 calls over 10 days to reach a manager to discuss this (each time we were promised a call back that never happened). We finally reached a manager on that 4th call. As a resolution, they refunded just 1/8th of the cost of the room as compensation. Highly unacceptable and poor customer service, in my opnion.

10 out of 10 for this property. My family and I loved it so much that we wanna visit back Quebec just to stay here again.

We loved our room with 2 queen beds and a queen murphy bed. Perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the breakfast and our boys enjoyed the pool
