Clean, organized, staff are friendly, my children loved the pool, close to everything for the tourists specially new in the city, all walking distance.

The check in was easy. Parking was underground a little overpriced, we paid for a 5 star hotel in Ottawa and with valet service the same amount. The restaurant staff was beyond amazing, super friendly, good food. They were the highlight of our trip, especially one individual I wish I got his name down. It was about a 10 minute walk to Basilica, so good on location. Pool was nice and warm and big size and change rooms were nice and big with showers and bathrooms. Rooftop patio was nice as well. Only down side was two towels for a family of 4, we are used to having more towels available to us.

Hotel room booked for wedding night by a family member. They booked the Friday instead of the Saturday. Hotel refused to change day or even give a credit.

Great location ,friendly staff,restaurant in lobby .Can walk to shopping and restaurants and also kids entertainment at the water front .Well kept lobby and room extremely clean .Parking available under ground .Amazing .

Stayed for for nights on April 22.. The hotel is great and staff are very helpful. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Great with kids

Front desk not too friendly. Our dinner was great but the Restaurant servers did not care about us. Manager tried his best to fix their awful service. Parking!! I thought it was included.(didn’t mind paying it) but it would be nice to let guest know. So sad I put my family through this bad experience. Hope is the one a last. Love the hotels!
