This checked all of our boxes. We went to Montreal on a family road trip (2 adults, 1 toddler) and needed to be sure we had 1. Parking, 2. Laundry, and 3. Enough space to spread out.
We booked one of the studios, with a king bed and a pullout couch (which we didn’t use because we travel with a kids cot). The full kitchenette — though we didn’t use it much — was a nice to have. The parking was a bit of a cluster (it was overbooked when we entered so once a spot freed up, we didn’t bother trying to go in and out). We only partook in the free breakfast on our last day, on the way out. With all the amazing options in Montreal, why bother? It was swarming with people and pretty blah, but I guess that’s what you get with free breakfast and a bunch of tourist families.
The staff wasn’t super friendly, or even particularly helpful, but we didn’t have need to interact with them much. Would definitely stay again, if traveling as a family — though if you’re looking for boutique hotel charm or a couples getaway, I’d probably spend a little more to get something nicer.
The location is great — right in Chinatown near the orange line metro and super convenient to the old city and lots of great dining spots. There’s a lot of construction but we didn’t hear it being on the 12th floor. Our view of the city was great from our room! The bed was comfy and the AC worked exceptionally well — which was clutch during the first few days when temps were quite high.

It is a nice friendly family hotel. Its locate in the China town area and lots of great choice of asian restaurant to choose from within walking distance. We like this hotel because it can accommodate my family of 5 with spacious room and a balcony to walk out to get fresh air. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and definitely will return again.

All new build. If you like new hotels this is one of them. We r a family of 5 and the suite was perfect. Wasn’t cheap but travel with 5 goes that way. Nice staff, nice new facility

There was room for our family of 5, and having the kitchen was a bonus. Easily walked to Old Montreal, St. Catherine St., great spots in Chinatown, etc.

Me and my spouse visited Montreal for the first time. We spent our 11th Anniversary there. The hotel is super ideal place for vacation. It’s just walking distance between China Town, old Montreal and downtown.
Staff are so nice. On our anniversary day, we received a courtesy greeting card from Damian and the front desk staff. They make sure you are special. Thank you Damian and your colleagues! We’ll make sure to recommend your hotel with our friends and families!

Friendly staff. Breakfast area very busy & a bit difficult to navigate unless you get there early (lots of families in the accompanying hotel). A few blocks around the hotel / Chinatown a bit rundown. But close to the Metro.

Staff interactions were not pleasant. Checking in, our room had not been stocked with a single towel, coffee station not stocked. And in room clothes dryer did not work.
Told front desk and they responded (unapologetically) that linen service had not arrived that day, and suggested that we (a family of five) would have to make due with no towels. After repeated requests someone came to our floor and opened a fully stocked linen closet to provide our linens.
First night we discovered that sofa bed linens were dirty (not changed) and again called down - took almost 2 hrs for someone to come, and they brought only sheets - no blanket - our son had to sleep in a sweater to stay warm.
Stay advertised breakfast being included. Absolute gong show - people fighting to find seating, waiting for 20 mins for buffet to be replenished (after running out of food). Clearly under-equipped to offer breakfast to all patrons as advertised.
Advertises roof top outdoor swimming pool. The pool was an 8’ by 15’ by 4’ high raised metal bin that looked more like a hot tub (not a swimming pool as advertised). The water was frigid as the pool heater was not working.
The rooms, lobby and location are great - very modern with fresh finishes- but service and operation of the facility was very disappointing as a paying customer.

I had the worst experience at this Hotel!
1. The washroom door was locked the moment we Checked-in!
2. The room never cleaned and there was no sign at the room to ask for cleaning!
3. Tea and coffee were never charged and when I asked for them they asked me how many you want?!! You should charge it at least every 2 days!!!
4. The worst part was the receptionist! She was way too Racist! We were 3 guests in the line and she just handle the French family and give others so many inappropriate gestures!!! Hey Hilton! You should take care of these things!!
