Very centralized and good location. All the staff were very quick and accommodating and nice. Its just a very old and run down hotel now. It needs a good renovation and it doesnt help so many tournament kids come here so pools and other areas are crowded and not good for patrons but when the kids left it was better to enjoy. Rooms are tidy but dirty, stains all over and the shower didnt have a tub so water would go everywhere when you showered. Also elevators are a nightmare, easy 15 min waits for elevators. Used stairs after first two times.

The staff went above and beyond in making sure our family had a wonderful experience. We visited over Easter weekend and were welcomed with plenty of activities for our children to participate in. MJ ( hotel GM?) made our stay very pleasant and made sure our needs were met and went over and above anything that was expected. My kids cannot wait to go back and visit! Top notch stay- highly recommend for people traveling with young kids.

This hotel was in the perfect spot to walk to all of our favorite places for brunch & dinner. Definitely recommend staying here. The room was spacious & clean. We enjoyed the hot tub at night, no so much during the day - due to kids swimming lessons... very noisy.

I stay at the Delta Montreal all the time when I am in Montreal. I love its location. The rooms are always immaculate and very quiet. The rooms are also bigger than they are at other hotels. That is a big plus when traveling with family. I will be back.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They greeted me in French but did not hesitate to communicate with me in English. Hiccups with CC were solved quickly by the teams diligence. A microwave was provided on request which came in handy. The hot tub was very hot and there were kids having swimming lessons at the pool on Sunday morning. Lovely the spot and will stay again.

Staff was very unfriendly. Intentionally gave me room that overlooked the top of their parking garage…very rude. I will never book with them again and will not recommend to my friends and family.

A nice hotel with great service. My only minor complaint was the arg and soaps as I have anaphylaxis to all tree nuts. Staff gave me an alternative shower gel but no shampoo. Not a major issue but I thought Marriott should be aware that many role have tree but allergies. I had to tell my family to not come near me after using the soap and to also avoid the lotion as it could make me very sick
