Great place for a family travel. They have all amenities you need kitchen, laudry pool and breakfast included. Very clean and great customer service.

Even with the global IT issues, the stay was what we needed. It was more than spacious for our family of 5. It was very clean and staff was very courteous, polite. We feel Homewood Suites is going to be our go to anywhere we travel.

The hotel was good and convenient for our family since the reservation services took long time and they weren’t match with the services we got from hotel.com . We booked something else and the reception told it was wrong and they don’t have such room . It was so overwhelming for me with 2 kids at midnight and wait about 40 minutes to get the room we purchased. After that long time they said we did mistake and we have the room you booked.

This is a great hotel for families. There is on site laundry, close to Starbucks and a grocery store. Short walk to the subway. There not much in way of entertainment in the area.

Great stay at Homewood Suites! Spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, and nice pool for the kids to swim in. We booked a King Room with a sofabed (for 2 adults and 2 children). We arrived late at night and I had hoped the sofa bed would have been made up (since there were four people staying in the room), however, they were able to get someone to come and pull out the bed while we unloaded the car. Location is very close to the Metro and neighbourhood is safe for families. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in a “one bedroom suite” for a whole two weeks and had an excellent stay! Very comfortable, and clean. Having a closed bedroom was a big plus and added a lot to my comfort - I slept like a baby with the bedroom door closed, as it eliminated noise from the hallway. The free buffet breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of choices to choose from. Premises are clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful (they gave me a last minute “very late” check out upon my request. Underground parking was clean and bright, and easy to maneuver in. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’ll make you feel at home!

We came from Toronto and so tired, check in was so fast what is so goodfor us. We had a two Queen beds suite and I was surprised when we found one more sofa bed so what is comfortable for our family with five. There is a small kitchen and dining table. We have 11th floor with such a beautiful view and panoramic window. Very clean and comfortable suite. Thanks.

The hotel overall was ok, however, the cleaning crew refused to clean our room because we had clothes on the floor. We were a party of 6 with 4 small children, I don't know what were they expecting, in my opinion, it is ridiculous that they refused to clean just because there were clothes on the floor. We have 4 children and we were on vacation. We were not the only people complaining about this other couples with children were also complaining about this. There are rooms in which you won't have to clean at all, but there are other rooms in which there is going to be more heavy cleaning. That's work! You don't pick and choose.
