AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. The hotel will only let you pay by Visa, and if your card doesn't have a working chip, you'll be out on the street. I didn't know my chip was damaged, and I ended up crying at the bank, thinking I'd have nowhere to go with my small child. They refused to help until I told them I'd have to buy a plane ticket online and fly home. THEN, they found a solution that could have been presented before I had all that distress. On my last night there, I saw they were doing the same thing to another family! They were just as miserable as we were. The room was not cleaned until at least 5 pm each day, and one evening, we found blood stains on the sheets. When we complained, we were given new bedding but had to make our own beds as the housekeeping staff had left for the day. The floor was never vacuumed either. The staff were snarky, and even though I emailed them before I travelled and told them I needed a fridge for medication, and they assured me they had one, it was an unusable mini bar fridge. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favour and cross the road if you find yourself anywhere near it. It was the worst experience I have ever had!

This hotel is adequate. Pluses include that the rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was very nice and the staff were friendly. However, the amenities were lacking (I’m really not picky but it would have been nice to have something other than paper cups in the bathroom and for coffee). The neighborhood was loud on the weekend: lots of rich kids clubbing and expensive cars rev-ing. If that’s your thing, perfect, if not, be aware.

I loved my stay over there. I checked in late and staff was very friendly and very welcoming towards my family and they even gave us fruits, water and toys for my baby. I recommend this place 100p. I will come back there for sure
