Amazing stay. Great staff. Great for families. Very clean rooms

This place is a nightmare, The staff including management dont give AF about customers. Check in is 3pm, after traveling from another county i check in nope.. Rooms are not ready they asked me to wait a hr and half then told me i would have to pay to park my car while i waited. Then once checked in housekeeping came to clean my room at 645pm the first night then 7pm the following night and that makes sense why none of the rooms are ready for check in at 3pm this place is a absolute disaster. To check in there where two employees and 25 people on line with screaming babys. Do yourself a favor and stay at any hotel near by ANY hotel.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean. Pool was nice for the kids. The hot water ran well and the body soap smelled amazing!

Clean overall. Nice staff.Not.much to do walking distance with kids. Was really noisy at night, but might have been only real noisy neighbors with their kid from 11pm to 1 am !

We had a great stay. The room was new and very clean. Check in and check out were easy. Staff was accommodating. My children loved the pool. Location was perfect for us as we were close to family whom we had come to visit. It was also easy to access downtown and other touristy stuff. There was quite a lot of traffic noise but it didn’t bother us too much. Also, we had breakfast one morning at the hotel and it was not a great experience. They had no options for children and had run out of three items on a 8 item menu including the pancakes which was the only option my children were interested in. They waitress did her best to accommodate us but if we come again we will avoid breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely stay again.

We went to Montreal to celebrate new year with family, and this turned out to be the worst stay in Hilton hotels in my entire life. First, this hotel staff made us waiting till 5:30 pm to provide a room. We were told that they would waive the parking fees for the stay to compensate the discomfort. While checking out the front desk lady confirmed that it has been taken care off. However, I could see the charges on my bill and credit card statement. I tried to resolve it over phone and email but nobody was helpful. So I had to dispute the charges through the credit card company. In our second day, this hotel staff removed all the towels from our room the and didn't provide any fresh towels. When we asked for it after returning to our room, they made us call them several times and made us wait until night , and delivered a couple of towels which were not sufficient for a family of 4. I heard the towel shortage problem from many other guests during our stay. Terrible housekeeping service and front desk was not at all helpful. I'll not recommend this hotel at all
