Hotel location is ideal for anyone site seeing around Quebec. It is easy to get to, many stores around. The front desk staff are organized and pleasant. Check in and out is very quick. the two queen beds are ideal for a family of four. Although they save space, the farm doors on the washroom do not give the privacy one needs. Work out room is sufficient for daily work out needs, we used it daily. The swimming pool was not used however looked to be enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful with many options for all. Although it is not large, it has a good flow

Excellent hot buffet breakfast. King room is spacious for baby to crawl around in. Convenient stop between Ontario and New Brunswick. Tesla charger is a huge bonus. We’ll be staying again.

The breakfast area is understaffed. No or very little fruits were available or inexistant. No staff around to make sure food was available. Garbage bins full … way too many kids running around… very noisy.

Beautiful place! Very new and modern, and had a very impressive breakfast included in the morning. We took the kids swimming in the pool; there was no shallow end or floatation devices of any kind so we had to hold them the whole time but it was clean and we still had fun. Great place!

I did not stay on the second night because they placed me next to a hockey team with 30 kids and parents who did a party and I can’t sleep and they did nothing to fix that. Horrible service!!!

Overall this was a great family property that has easy access to downtown. The pool is just about as nice a pool as I've seen at a hotel. Small, but extremely well kept up. We brought our dog and had no issues- the pet fee was $50 I think.

Unwelcoming atmosphere, dark grey color everywhere. Pool is not for kids (1,4m deep). Breakfast was terrible. Room has NO view. TV has NO kids channels. Location is good ( 25 min to downtown) Our second night, Was it raining to take the family out for dinner, so I bring dinner to the hotel to be surprise they don’t allow food in the breakfast area, which never heard of. When I talk to the front desk they replay NO food allowed and you can eat outside which I replay it’s raining, or in your room which they know there is no table or chairs in rooms. Will never stay again. And try to avoid it of you can.
