Great place for families with children.

This is a great, family and kid friendly hotel. We have always struggled to find things being a family of 6, having to get 2 rooms. There are amazing options here for larger families and the pool area is just amazing.

This hotel is a dream for kids. Overall it’s very nice. People are friendly.

Awesome resort vibe here for families! Fun activities, music and pool. Felt so tropical here. Would definitely stay again!

Great for our kids! There was the pool, indoor playground, bouncy castles, a clown, just really went the extra mile. Double Murphy beds were comfortable for the kids.

Great hotel for families with young kids. We stayed in room 139 which was right near the 7(!!!) bouncy houses. The kids also enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. There is construction around the hotel but we didn't hear anything and it didn't interfere with getting in or out the hotel. They don't clean the room during they stay (we stayed for 4 nights) but they take the garbage and will replace your towels if you ask them. We didn't have a problem with this policy. Again, the kids didn't want to leave and we would love to stay there next visit in Quebec City.

Great spot. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Easy on and off the hwy. Pool area was pretty and band that played was great. Suprised to see full days of activities if your children were the right ages.

The hotel is not set up to be family friendly. With the unloading of bags having to be lugged up multiple stairs due to each floor being raised. Along with long hallways to get to your rooms with no elevators close by. The hallways were so warm and could tell there was so a/c in them. The room a/c can only go down to 20 which was unacceptable considering we wouldn’t let our own house be that warm. The amenities need some repairs (pool area run down, arcade kept eating the quarters, and the rooms depressing) Also the pictures and discriptions of the suites did not match what was provided. The suites were tiny for what you paid for and from the description s we expected two bedrooms plus a living room along with 2 bathrooms. On our last full day there we couldn’t even stand being in the hotel any further so made plans outside the hotel then left at 4:30am just to get out of there. Only positive of the hotel is that the restaurant and food was amazing they’re what is holding that hotel together. By the looks of people’s faces in the lobby we weren’t the only disappointed people.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quiet, despite the hotel being very busy. It is really a great spot for kids. They all were having a blast. The only downfall was the hallway smelled strongly of urine.
