The air conditioner was not working, I found stains on the bedding and chairs in the room. They did change our room but it was the hardest part because of our 7-month-old baby. But the breakfast was ok in the morning

We just stayed here for a weekend trip! I must say this is a great hotel to stay at with very young children. The room is clean but the beds are a little hard. Playpen provided for babies (Bring mattress cover) You are in the middle of a neighbourhood so everything you would need is right there. (Metro, Pharmacy, Gas, McDonald’s, Restaurants) Breakfast is included. Lots of variety! The pool was perfect for young children to play. You are a 2 minute walk from a local park and there’s several kid friendly restaurants within a 2 minute drive. (St Hubert, Normandin) You are a 10 minute minute drive to the Aquarium and about 15 minutes to Old Quebec.

When we arrived there were kids’ sports teams running wild in the halls and playing in the elevators but after an initial complaint to the desk, things settled down and there were no more problems after dinner. There were a couple of good restaurants across the road. Easy access to and from Trans Canada highway. Good breakfast.

Although the beds were very hard and pillows way to fluffy it was ok for the price. The hotel needs some updating but we did enjoy the pool (with a child) and the free wifi

Pool and hot tub were horribly dirty. We would have been very upset had our kids wanted to swim. Rooms were clean enough. There were a couple of areas of improvement such as a dirty window curtain and soap scum build up in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety and lots to eat. Staff were pleasant.

Mattresses very hard and uncomfortable, at least a dozen kids running around in the corridor after 11pm being very loud, I had to go out and put a stop to it

there are the cons and pros for this hotel. Pros: Modern hotel with good family activities location area. Cons: 1. The Management is disconnected from the Staff and doesn't desire to support the customers. No issue solution by the staff in case the managers are not in the hotel. 2. There is a good breakfast. However, no food (full assortment) is available during the last 30 minutes before the closing hour. It seems like the hotel is trying to economize the budget and not to fill the missing food in the last 30 minutes. As a guest, you will stay without extras (e.g. eggs, sausages, and fries potato).

it was a nice little hotel nice location close to all the main roads easy to get in and out of the city the indoor pool was a bit to cold for my liking kids could only stay in for about 30min then there lips were turning blue and it would have been nice if the room had a little table and chairs to eat at

My favorite hotel when I come at Quebec. The room is always clean, comfy bed too. The hot water has great pressure for shower The morning breakfast is awesome, many choices to choose, hot or cold. The Days Inn also has a good size pool with a section for kids. The staff are very friendly and the location of Days Inn is near the Highway. I highly recommend this Hotel
