Holiday Inn Express Quebec City - Sainte Foy, an IHG Hotel

It was very noisy until late in evening as guests were not disciplining their children so they were running in hallways and screaming until late evening

We stayed for 3 days and kids loved the ambience of the room

Well located,,family friendly. Clean and well maintained

Easy check in. Staff friendly. Even with construction, it was easy to get in and out. Very clean facility. Breakfast was great. No daily cleaning is fine as it is not really needed but maybe emptying garbage would be nice. Good to travel with children, but no tub makes it difficult for bath time with a baby!

Spent 4 days with 2 kids and loved the location and clean facility. Will be staying there again on next visit

The management at front desk was very mean to our family on both check in and check out of our stay. They would not recognize me as the gold member of hotels.com and therefore none of the member benefit eg room upgrade and late checkout were permitted to apply for my stay as the manager told us. The cleaning staff always forgot to give us enough towels for 4 people in the room even we are paying for 4 people in the room everyday. We decided to cut our trip short and check out 1 day early than planned. they immediately told me they would have to charge me the last day price even I checked out 1 day earlier. And the manager wanted my family to clear the room ASAP to allow the cleaning staff to clean the room for other customer but I paid full price for the last day even I did not use the room. There was already a cleaning staff waiting at the front door of our room when we attempted to move our belongings out of the room. The overall service was very mean and rude and I have ever encountered such a terrible hotel service in my life before.
