I had a great stay in Toronto at the Sheraton! The staff were ALL top notch. I arrived at nearly midnight on Thursday and was greeted with a smile and an easy check in!
I stopped in the bar, which had an energetic, friendly vibe, to grab a glass of wine to take to my room. Shante, the bartender was fantastic! She was warm and welcoming.
My room was perfect for me. It was spacious, clean and well appointed. The only bummer was the antiquated coffee maker. I wake up by 5:30 and am a first thing in the a.m coffee drinker. I really appreciate not having to get dressed and go down to the lobby or restaurant (opens at 6:30) to get a decent cup of coffee.
Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby and opens at 6 on weekdays and 8 on weekends. I only waited that first morning! Silver lining on the coffee—breakfast was included with my room and they had a good buffet. Peter was my waiter the first morning. He was accommodating and treated me like family. He filled my thermos with coffee to take with me to work. Saturday I waited and went down to the restaurant at 6:25 and there was a tour bus full of people waiting for the buffet to open. I decided to wait a while for breakfast untll the crowd was long gone! Peter pulled me aside and allowed me to fill my thermos to take back to my room.
We had great conversation each morning, and I truly felt special.
Lastly, Rochelle, at the front desk, was super helpful on two different occasions!
Overall, my four night stay was terrific!

Great stay! Friendly staff and very clean. Only downsides were that the blankets were very uncomfortable and there were no towels for us at the pool even though it said they provided towels at the pool, so we had to go back through the hotel cold and wet. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely go back. It was a great family-friendly stay for myself and my 3 kids.

I stayed here this previous weekend. We had two rooms booked. Overall the place is lovely. I will start with the pros.
Pros:
Large rooms
1 small pool with sauna located in sheraton a short walk within the hotel to connected hotel to access gym facility
Good activities at gym facility for teens (billiards, darts, ping pong, gym)
Cons:
Shared parking makes it difficult to find a spot
Rooms were absolutely disgusting smelling very stuffy air quality.
The hallway to gym facility poor lighting stuffy smells like chlorine
Showerhead wasnt working in our room
Felt it was advertised well on expedia that the facilities arent at sheraton.
The pool at sheraton that has the hot tub was crowded with so many kids and kids in the hot tub that arent supposed to be. My kids hated how rowdy it was
The gym was already booked and the front desk said my kids could join other kids but it was already packed
Only 2 ping pong balls available and one broke easily so the group of kids i was with had 1 ball
Overall its a nice hotel, but overly priced. They shouldn't be charging extra for facility fees it should be included at this rate

We stayed with our 2 young children. It was a close drive to each activity we had planned and it was in a safe, quiet area. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and huge. My children loved the pool, and I loved the HUGE shower. My youngest made quite a mess later in the evening, and housekeeping was super accommodating by coming by with a vacuum to clean it for us (even though I offered to clean it myself). We will absolutely be staying again!

Had a great visit. One downside is that one of the indoor pools (the one with the hot tub) was being repaired. Traffic in Toronto was horrible so even though distance wise things weren't far, it took us awhile to get there. Loved our room though. Having a suite with a jacuzzi type tub was awesome for our kids. Having a Starbucks downstairs was also very convenient. Overall if we visited again we would consider staying here. Nice to have free and available parking.

I disliked how there's swimming lessons at a hotel pool, it was separated by a rope.left my kid very little space to swim as she can only stay in the shallow

Everything was perfect. Walk distance for restaurant. 30 min away from Downtown Toronto.
Perfect for kids. Very good breakfast.
Will go back for sure.
