I loved this hotel, it was stylish and clean, everything worked well as it should, it felt luxury and family oriented at the same time. I loved the full sized Dove products (lotions, hand wash, body wash etc) nice smelling and better all around than cheap throw away soaps. Unlike most hotels, there were lots of hooks to hang towels, lots of power outlets, great lighting and swimwear and towels dried quickly, indicating good air circulation. The breakfast offered lots of healthy options. I will definitely stay there again next time.

Had lots of fun with my partner and kids. Everyone loved it and the staff was great. Good breakfast every morning and had fun in the pool in the building as well.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean, the heater worked fine and no foul smell. The shower was big and well lit. However, I wished it has an adjustable shower head, would be easier for the kids. It was too high for them. Although not much variety but breakfast was plentiful. The pancake machine was fun and easy to use. However for the numbers of rooms/floors, the number of table is not relative. Not located in the busy hwy7 but very accessible to strip malls and restaurants. Will stay there again.

Kids running around the hallways until 9pm. No kid friendly things around within walking distance. No way to rent or watch a movie on the TV. There was a hair tie on the end table when we arrived. Was the room fully cleaned ?

Our family enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Area was quiet. Staff were courteous and helpful. A great place to stay!

Swimming pool in the hotel was great for kids. Very easy parking and lots of great food options around. One of the only two elevators was out of service and took extra time to go up and down.

Pro's: Helpful for families with 3 children (pull out couch). Pool. Easy to find. Comfortable beds. Free parking. Delicious breakfast. Things to consider: Small pool and towels run out quick so make sure to check with front desk before getting in. Pretty far from downtown Toronto.

Location is very good. Hotel and the staff were amazing However it was difficult to sleep due to constant noise from other guests in the floor Perhaps should consider separating families with young children from young crowd

The hotel is fine, especially for its price point. We stayed in a family suite and found the beds very squeaky and exceptionally soft - especially for people with back problems. Beyond this, the elevators were very loud - we could hear every click and groan from inside our room, which was annoying when we were trying to sleep. Lastly, the AC unit blows directly on the person sleeping beside the window (in our room which had 2 queens and a pullout), which can be uncomfortable, and you can't re-point the vents. That said, the complimentary breakfast was nice and hot, access to the 404, DVP and 401 are quick, and parking is plentiful and free.
