the hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and tried to help. My room is on the ground floor not far from the reception; on the second night of my stay, some children were running outside and very noisy which was after 11:00 pm, I've been trying to stand the noise Ended i called the reception and requested them to tell the customers in the corridor be quiet since that was almost midnight.

2 night stay for wedding in Vaughan. Free parking is always a plus. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was based on hallway noise from children playing. I am fairly heavy sleeper but it was enough to wake me up. Again, very minor inconvenience that could just ha been bad timing. Room was clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Didn't get to use the benefits of the connected Sheraton Hotel, but another added feature. Will definitely be near the top of my list in the future.

Our room was not ready 2.5 hours after check in. They did upgrade our suite to a suite with a balcony, but that's about it. The suite is very large with a lot of open space. Great for large families like ours. Kitchenette is nice. The pool/spa area has a lot to offer but they close way Too early to be able to enjoy once you are in for the evening.

It’s a great idea to combine a fitness family with a hotel. I really liked having a full fledged swimming pool where I could do laps (rather than a tiny pool photographed to look bigger like most hotels). I wish I’d had more time so I could have also used the well equipped gym. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern.

There is a indoor & outdoor pool, squash, ping pong, pool, gym, good facilities. There is a fee for visitors from outside. But free to use for the hotel guests. As a family of 4 we enjoyed playing squash while we stay there which is not we expected. We reserved 2 queen size beds but we offered in 2 double beds bedroom. That made us little uncomfortable. Overall we would like to recommend this hotel to others.

We enjoyed the stay and it was very clean. However, we chose to stay here for the pool and hot tub as it was a mini vacation. We found out during our stay that the pool is used for swim practice and we were only able to swim in one lane of the pool and it was very loud. It was uncomfortable sitting in the hot tub with the parents of the children staring at us. Wish i would have known this prior as we would have chosen a different hotel to stay at. Also, the ac unit was very loud.

Not an ideal stay with a baby and dog, hard to access in and out with a stroller. Pet fee was much higher than stated
