Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Marriott was a pleasant experience for our family of four, which includes two little kids. The complementary hot breakfast had great options for everyone, and the availability of a crib and sofa bed made sleeping arrangements easy. Parking was convenient, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. We also appreciated having a microwave, fridge, and stove in our room, making it easy to prepare snacks and meals. The only downside was that the hot tub was not operational, and we were informed it would be removed permanently. Despite this, our overall experience was positive, and we would consider staying here again.

The hotel room was comfortable for a family of five and the staff were courteous. Breakfast was okay, but would have appreciated a little more variety especially from the turkey links and sausage. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Everything was perfect. I was there with my family. The only thing to take into consideration is that it is not close to Toronto. If you are planning to visit downtown, then this is not the place. For the rest, I loved the place.

nothing particularly Unique about the property. It had all you can expect from an overnite stay to accomadate the reason you are there in the area. The place was clean, offered amenities for the grandkids that made our Grandparenting job so much easier and the staff, all we encountered, very pleasant and welcoming. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you

Overall it was a nice stay. Full kitchen is very functional, locations is good, pool was broken for a day, but the front desk offered some snacks to cheer up my kids due to the closed pool. Staff were friendly and welcoming, except the breakfast/kitchen staff during the weekdays, one wakes up and walks to grab a coffee and expects a smile or at least does not expect a bossy look in the morning. Overall, I would stay again, but only during the weekend!

Liked the suites with two separate rooms. Perfect for families. The sofa bed in the living was old and outdated. Not very comfortable to sit in and looked kind of unclean.

I arrived the inn alone with a baby at 1 on July 1st, the reception called Cathy was very rude with a poker face, rolled her eyes, asked us “are you sure you’re in the right place? Our earliest check-in time is at 3.” Then just walked away, no greeting, no help offered. Seriously, as a reception, shouldn’t you at least say “hello welcome” to a mother with a baby? We have no place to go and it was 34 degrees outside so we waited in the lobby and played board game, then I saw her staring at us with hatred in her eyes??? Now I’m wondering is she a racist. I can’t stand her eyesight so I rather went back to my car and kept the car and AC on for 2hours. When we returned to lobby at around 3:10, she was still there, switching shift with her colleague. Now in front of her colleague she became another friendly person, I mean, how fake is that. In my past hotel experience, when we arrive early, receptions always offer food and drink, and try their best to let us check in early. There was no single time I was treated like this time. I know it’s not an expensive hotel but at least it’s under the name of Marriott, the staffs shouldn't be trained better to show the spirit of Marriott? Other problems: wifi had been on and off and off and disappeared all night. AC was too loud.
