A lot of annoying kids running around the property and hallway making noises, the hotel itself is great, clean and everything looks up to date.

Everything was perfect, the only thing it annoys me is the noise level from other customers, it hosts a large numbers of kids, and they tend to yell in the hallway making noises at night.

Clean and renovated. The elevator is being upgraded so they are down to one but the wait was not that long. Ample parking, nice view. Good for short stay for a family. Close to Hwy 7 so getting food / gas, and hopping onto Don Valley was easy.

Good and clean. Only issue was with the refrigerator which was not cooling properly and my kids ice cream melted in there :( but good stay overall.

Spend weekend with family and it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff was great in all aspects. Very comfortable and clean. My kids loved it.

Our family rarely ever stays in hotels as we prefer camping. But we wanted to check out the Vikings Exhibit at the ROM and it was March so we decided to make a special 2 day trip and stay in a hotel. We had a good experience. The hotel was quiet. The room was clean. I was disappointed in the pillows (they were flatter than other hotels I've stayed at in the past). But all in all, we slept well. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. It was a nice relaxing way to end a long day of walking around the ROM.
