Good place to stay with family and pet.. Friendly staff and no complaints at all

We stay here often and it is always great! Today was Easter, there were Easter eggs in front of doors and throughout the hotel. At breakfast staff came out and gave chocolate bunnies to kids and even had a “real” Easter bunny! Awesome, this team gets it!

The pool was lots of fun for the children.

The pool not working and it was a big disappointment for kids. It seems they try to lure people to the hotel and then just simply say "I'm sorry the pool not working"

I arrived at the motel a little early and the owner was so great about it. Our room was cleaned and ready so they let us check in no problem. The owner noticed we had stayed just a month ago but in a different room. He offered to move us to the room we stayed in last month if I would like. Owner very talkative and invested in his customers. Always making sure everything is good and there is nothing needed. We had a power outage during our stay. Totally nothing the motel owner could do about it but he made sure to come around and talk to the customers and explain what was taking place. All in all I will not be renting a room from any other place when traveling to Sturgeon Falls. There are no bed bugs, rooms are clean, staff very friendly, no smell to the rooms. It is not a 5 star glamorous hotel but it is a 5 star family friendly, owner cares motel. You get a good nights sleep and do not hear the traffic from the highway. Thank you for another great stay!! We will see you in Sept. again. Thank you for all you and your wife do, I can't imagine its easy to run a motel.
