I liked that in had on site parking. We rented here for the slide at the pool for the kids and because it was pet friendly. Check in and check out was seamless. Overall very clean and we would stay here again.

We specifically picked this hotel for the water slide, called to make sure the slide was open and told it was only to get there and find out it wasn’t. We could have stayed at any hotel for much cheaper just to swim in a pool. I had some very disappointed kids.

Staff were very friendly! Internet service had an up charge? not a fan, the best internet available should be part of room charge! No pizza available as the hotel was out of cheese? No bread for toast available but they did have English muffins and bagels? Waffles were a treat on the weekend! Be prepared for lots of kids, great for families not so much for couples.

Call me lazy, but I normally don't take the time to leave reviews when I travel, but I felt that this hotel deserved a response. My wife and I travelled to Sudbury for a funeral. We weren't exactly in a jovial mood, and were apprehensive to stay in a hotel that catered to families and children. We've stayed in similar hotels with unescorted kids running up and down the halls, filthy upholstery, and wet tiles from the pool crowd. This place was nothing like that. The hotel is probably the cleanest that we've ever stayed in. Although it's a few years old and shows a bit of wear, you can tell that the staff take the time to clean properly. Even the bathtub was scrubbed to a shine, with no water marks or soap scum. The suite itself was well laid out, small but efficient. A full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and small two burner ceramic stovetop. The appliances were all pristine. I always wear socks or slippers when I go to hotels, but the tiles and carpet were so clean that I threw caution to the wind and let my tootsies breathe. My wife and I are vegetarian and rarely are sated when it comes to included breakfasts. Not here. Many options for meat eaters and veggies alike. But by far, the best part of our experience (and the only reason I'm writing this review) was the front desk clerk that greeted us. Phillip was absolutely incredible. He was kind, genuine, honest, funny, and made us feel at ease. This hotel is lucky to have him on staff.

I was disappointed the hot tub was down for repairs during the peak flow of parents and kids during March Break. I was surprised we had to book a time to use the pool and waterslide and only in 30 minute slots. However, the pool was too cold for my child and we only stayed in the pool for 9 minutes due to the cold temperature. The room itself was great. However, we came for a special 1 night Mother-daughter trip and booked the hotel exclusively for the pool and waterslide; we left very disappointed about that part of the trip.

Hotel was really clean and nice. Great hot breakfast included in our stay. Nice pool and the waterslide was a major plus travelling with kids.

My family and I loved our stay. We are already planning our next visit to Sudbury and would stay here again and again

First off, what a fantastic hotel. We have stayed at many hotels around ontario and I must say this without a doubt was the most enjoyable stay. Hotel was clean and well taken care of. The staff was absolutely fantastic, helpful and so friendly especially the gentleman at the front desk and the lovely ladies running breakfast. They had a huge variety of breakfast options and a little coffee bar. The rooms were super nice, I especially loved that every room had a kitchen and a proper table for a larger family to sit at. The kitchen was adequately stocked for what we used it for as well. The pool, hot tub and slide was very much enjoyed by the whole family. We will without a doubt come back to this hotel ! Such a fantastic new years stay. Prices were very reasonable as well !
