Close to family while visiting them .

It was a beautiful spot, very high end for what you pay. Staff not very friendly and don’t really have good communication skills, they didn’t let me know what to expect when I arrived, just figured I knew what to do. When we got there we couldn’t find our room, due to poor instructions. Then in the morning we got a complaint from the staff about our children reading “hello, sorry for bugging you, if you have a child in your care can you handle this” 1: i dont know what she was talking about 2: i put 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) when I booked the room so they should know I have kids? 3: I can’t exactly put a muzzle on my kids, we told them to be quiet but there’s only so much you can do. I don’t think we will be staying there again, again, it was a beautiful place, but the staff definitely ruined it.

We were in the area visiting my first grandchild. With a new born staying at their house was not a good choice. We found this hotel and so happy we did. Very roomy. Awesome view, breakfast waffles were extremely good. There is no doubt we will stay there again and again. Watch for sunset over the lake.
