The staff are amazing was very helpful even asked what side of the hotel the kids would like the view facing as they had options on that day highly recommend kids loved it

The room was kinda small for 2 adults and 2 kids (double queen room). Not a lot of room for baggage, etc. Facility was excellent, clean, breakfast was good.

We booked 4 rooms at this hotel based on the review, and after we arrived the staff was very helpful, and polite. One of the vanity having some problems, and they sent the technician right away and the problems fixed right away. The breakfast was very good with different choices for different people. The only draw back is the swimming pool is too small, even kids don't want to swim there.

We were given a wheelchair accessible room. It was recommended to us as we were travelling with an infant - however the bed was so low to the ground, the mattress had no firmness to it and the hallway they put us in to be more quiet ended up being so loud we didn’t get to sleep until after 2am. There was a dog in the room next to us barking for most of the evening.

I stayed here while caring for a family member at the hospital, which is a 3 minute drive away. The staff were kind and compassionate and accommodated requests for late check-out, etc. I highly recommend this place.

This was the first time I stayed at the Fairview in North Bay. All the staff were so kind and attentive, from the front desk to the cleaning people. The room was excellent! The pool is small and a bit chilly but my kids didn’t seem to mind. The room was clean and we all enjoyed the awesome smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash. It is close to the university, hospital and Duchesne Falls. There aren’t any restaurants near by but everything is close in North Bay. The breakfast was fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy, rooms and facility are clean and new. The pool is embarrassingly small, very hard to move around without bumping into others and was very hard to keep kids a respectful distance from adults trying to enjoy the pool. Would not book here if planning to swim at all.
