Kids running up and down the halls until 12 at night. Several complaints but kids banging on doors will never stay here sgan

Terrible stay First night couple next door screaming and fighting at 11:00 pm, had to call front desk to intervene Second and Third night a kids hockey team stayed. Playing ball hockey in the hallways (with parents cheering on), pizza party in the hallways, drinking in the gym, continual noise. Breakfast buffet for the kids was served in the hall lobby which is small and you had kids running around while trying to exit the building and enter the elevators. Saturday, breakfast isn't served until after 7 am which isn't ideal for business travellers nor did the property have signage or tell me that this is the case so I did not get my "included" breakfast. Will not stay at this property again.

Everything was great but there was no pool …the dining was going over a changeover and there was no food for kids on the menu

The Hotel staff was exceptional as usual. We were afforded an early check in as I was there for my Graduation at the University of Waterloo with family. It was clean, comfortable and breakfast at Jack's a walk away is recommended. Forget about the bistro on the property. Service is terrible. Prices are two years old and service is just as fast. We paid $50 for 8 slices of toast and 3 fruit cups, waited 45mins and had to leave for Graduation as we were 15mins late already. There was no apology from the staff in the bistro.
