Four Points by Sheraton Cambridge Kitchener, Ontario

One of our favourite places to stay while visiting family in Cambridge. Staff is over-the-top amazing, restaurant on site is fabulous & a pool for the kids. Perfect

when i arrived late around 6-7 and expedia had the incorrect dates and i was so grateful that the check Lady (east Indian origin i believe) was very pleasant to work with and she got it all solved. In the morning the Philipino Lady (i think ) I could not read their name badges from the counter and she was very solutions driven and takes ownership of the question. The housekeeping staff very good attitude and pleasant. i knew my room was to be cleaned the following day and yet she was happy to help me exchange the wet towels (east indian lady ) and the Afro Canadian lady (likely from Caribbean ) i did not ask her name had an excellent customer service attitude. Excellent customer service expderience. The lady at the front desk around 5-6 on wednesday was great. She checked me out quickly as i had to leave to visit my very close family member in the emergency room at a Toronto hospital and i go there in time . Great customer service experience

This hotel is currently under construction. Nowhere is this noted - expedia or otherwise. Only ONE elevator is working. We were in town for a kid's softball tournament. The hotel was SOLD OUT and full of families with luggage, wagons, kids, and STUFF and there was ONE lonely elevator. BRUTAL.
