The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. I grew up in the Kingsway area and our family enjoyed many happy dinners at the Old Mill. My grandparents did as well. I felt very much at home and as someone who has been away many, many years, it was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at The Old Mill for a family event in the area. The room had a view overlooking parkland and was spacious and comfortable. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and check in and out was handled with ease. The room service breakfast was very good as well. We will stay here again as The Old Mill is central to downtown Toronto but in a beautifully quiet and tranquil setting.

I liked the olde world atmosphere I didn't like the amenities. At that price I didn't like only being able to have breakfast in my room. we had two rooms with two in each and four sitting on the bed for breakfast was not easy. Even for two people.no dinner in the hotel after 9pm or in restaurant next door. The worst was coming back on my second day to find both our rooms hadn't had a housekeeper. I was later told that to get a housekeeping service you have to pay extra. nobody told me this.Disgusting to come back to last nights dishes in the room and no clean towels. And yet on my first morning housekeeping came in at 7am and woke us up. Then at 8am I got woken twice with demands I go to the desk as the night staff hadn't taken a deposit for four people but for two rooms. I was so disappointed with what was a special family reunion

Booked a surprised little getaway for my wife and newborn baby. Promoted on Expedia and on the oldmill website as being a getaway place. I figured during Christmas there would be fun things going on. NO room service available (even tho at time of booking this wasn’t mentioned). restaurant was closed , even at night.we basically paid 600 cad for a room and had to order in. Wouldn’t have booked it if I knew everything would’ve been closed . It’s not a getaway when you need to go out and get food.
