Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites

The suite we stayed in was spacious and good for my family. We travelled with a toddler, so we needed a lot of space! Also really like that our hotel was right in the village, which was really convenient for us. This place is perfect if you are travelling with littles!

We had a great overall stay. The room was perfect size, very clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was very central allowing for a short walk to all the attractions and amenities. My family loved it! Admittedly, the room decor was dated, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfy, and the balcony railing was a little loose. However, the overall positive experience did outweigh the few negatives we noticed.

We stayed here one night and were very happy! We actually liked our room here better than the Westin as we found it had more space for our family. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were super nice. Will definitely go back.

Thisnwas a wonderful experience for me and my family. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the stores at the Blue Mountain Village. We would definitely stay here again. Room was spacious, with a full kitchen and price was really reasonable. Staff at front desk was so kind and helpful which made our stay even better.

Was a great family vacation

We stayed two nights at Blue Mountain, we found it to be enjoyable. Rooms : Upon arriving we got checked in however, upon arriving to our room, it was not ready, no sheets, dirty dishes, we reached out to the main desk and they upgraded our room pretty quickly. Parking; was 20/day underground, you can get free parking but its a walk from the resort. Play all day pass : is 5$ cheaper if you purchase online, however, its still 74$ a person each day you want it. the price is for an adult. It includes all the activities if you want and the beach, however, we ran out of time for the beach, because wanted to do the activities. The extra pool outside of your hotel, is mostly for small children, we checked it out, but did not use it since it looked great for kids but not adults without any kids. Food : many restaurants to choose from, the only hiccup is that we found that most of the restaurants opened at 11:00 or 12:00 therefore, finding breakfast other than Starbucks or Tim Hortons was out of the question. A good breakfast joint would be a wonderful addition. Atmosphere: the place is very cute, live entertainment in the square, you definitely feel like you are on a small little resoty/island. During our stay we did not leave the resort.

One staff member was very rude to my mother. My mom asked where the access to the pool is and the staff member quickly said “I’m in my break ask someone else” and walked away dismissively. Then a nearby family told us it was just the next door on our right. Otherwise staff was great and facilities as well. Only minor complaints would be that the TVs are very outdated, the bedding for the couch is not very nice, and the room was slightly less clean than I would have preferred.

The location was perfect for our Canada Day vacation! We were there for a dance competition and everything was located in 1 place and everything was walkable even for kids!

Hadn’t been to Blue Mountain in so long and oh my has it changed. Absolutely fell in love with how family oriented and easy everything was yet still felt like a fun time for the adults as well.

Great stay in a fantastic location right by all the amenities of Blue Mountain. My family loved the pool and gym. Rooms are clean, have good facilities and everything you need to make your own meals and relax. I asked for housekeeping with the chatbot but it never came. Also for this price I would expect more than 1 individual coffee packet and shampoo and conditioner for a multi night stay.
