We had a nice stay. Rooms were clean. A lot of kids because it's summer vacation. The grounds really needed some attention, lots of weeds and overgrown. Wish there was at least one more chair in the room.

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! We will be visiting again. Highly recommended. The outdoor area was great. They also have a playground for the kiddos! Staff was friendly and helpful as well..

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! And as housekeepers ourselves, of different hotel environments, who've seen it all... this hotel is very, very clean. We we're so impressed. They obviously have a really good team at this hotel, you can tell. The beds are comfy, the sheets are so nice and just pristine white, right down to the matresses. Only problem I personally had was the pillows were veryyy soft and puffy. Didn't hold my head nicely, so I had to just sleep without in order not to strain my neck. I am a one, slim pillow, person so I could be biased but my friends felt the same. I was only there for one night so maybe they have other pillow options if you were to ask, but I didn't bother of course. The pool area is smaller than some hotels (not very deep, I'm 5'6), but it's just right for a little refreshing dip and it's a very nice/relaxing room to be in. It is very echoy though, even just talking normal volumes to friends/family. All in all we LOVED this hotel. The service in Collingwood/Blue Mountain in general is just so good. After working close to Toronto you can see the difference in teamwork and customer service here. Everyone is so wonderful! We were all discussing on returning to this hotel again, as well as with others. Thank you so much <3

Dirty and disturbing. When I arrived, the floor had not been vacuumed and the shower had hairs in it so I spent the 15 minutes cleaning the room. The room itself was fine, although outdated. The big problem for me was at 10:10am on the day of departure, housekeeping was banging on all the doors, and then came my door. And then she BARGED INTO MY ROOM yelling housekeeping! How is this possible when I have contracted the room until 11AM? I was on a very important business call and my baby was sleeping only to be awakened by this disturbing and aggressive intrusion into our privacy. I still can’t believe this happened.

Great stay. We enjoyed it a lot. Great customer service and was very helpful. This hotel should pride itself from its cleanliness as the room was spotless, odour free and really cozy of a stay. If you have kids please kindly remind them to stay quiet as the sound proofing is pretty weak in the walls. They have a strict 11pm quiet hour policy (as they should). Overall 4/5 experience.

The place is nice enough. The staff was great. Jess fed me some great food and drinks at the hotel bar. The outdoor pool is very basic and was overrun with kids. The one inside was small, cold and empty. The grounds are ok but no real view of any kind to speak of. I thought the place was on the water. There is nothing whatsoever within walking distance distance with the "downtown" and Blue Mountain village areas a short drive away. I parked my car because I was drinking and got around a bit with the sketchy local cab company.

Facility is aged and needs lots of attention. Smoking around the facility is not monitored and many people smoke which ruins the environment with kids and adults who can’t get away

Room was ready on our arrival. Second floor location. Room very nice! Tons of room. Super clean! Awesome walk-in shower. Had a lovely balcony with two chairs. Very pleased with check in and check out. Easy to do by text. All interactions with staff were very friendly. Pro tip: book your Sunday breakfast with Open Table or the night before. They only took in tables with reservations for breakfast. Some families were turned away as there was only one server and one cook; and all tables were prebooked. Regardless, we will be back!!

It’s a great hotel and outdoor area. Not an ideal couples getaway as there is a lot of kids in the pool.

We stayed one night with the family. The staff was excellent. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an enjoyable time. Being away from the city and closer to the lake was a plus for us to enjoy the afternoon peacefully. We enjoyed the breakfast served at the restaurant.
