The stay at the hotel and the experience at Mosaic Blue Mountain was great! We had a bigger suit with a patio viewing the pond and another patio overlooking the mountain. Cleanliness was on point and the staff were friendly. The only disappointment was the so called “private beach” as it was really basic, the public beach was cleaner and more comforting. The washrooms were DISGUISING and to top it off there was no food!!! We had to snack on chips and then had to leave because the kids were super hungry. Considering this beach is part of the Blue Mountain resort it should have been up to standard to the village itself.

This property definitely needs an upgrade, rooms are a little old and dark. Our bathtub plug didn’t work, and the drain also wouldn’t drain fully each shower. You can hear everything from people walking above you, to door “slamming” and people walking in the hall ways. Wifi doesn’t work - you have to pay to upgrade, which is crazy as wifi should be free and generally work everywhere. Lastly if your looking to enjoy the pool outside, don’t get your hopes up, it’s impossible to get a chair, the savages are coming out at 7 AM to leave their stuff on a chair and not coming back until the afternoon. Families with kids are taking up 5 chairs ( 3 chairs for their infant kids who don’t need a beach chair). There is no staff monitoring this, and the hotel should provide way more chairs for the space they have, they could fit at least 20-30 more chairs.

First time as a family staying at Mosaic. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back. Our room was large and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Would recommend checking the mattresses on the pullout couches as it might be time to replace some of those. The pool area with towels was great, the kids and adults loved it. Temperature was really nice and great shady areas for lounging. Might be good to comb the pool at certain points in the day as there was chunks of hair floating around and getting caught on people. Still this resort was wonderful and lots of good family memories were made.

This property was great, and located right in blue mountain, there was a nice swimming pool, they won’t clean the rooms unless you asks 24hrs ahead, which they don’t mention when you check in. But everything was great , I like the kitchen the room, to warm up food for the kids.

I loved our suite that included a Den and a Bedroom within which we could fit two families. The pool for the Mosaic resort is amazing. You wont need to go to the aquatic centre already having access to this pool and hot tub. It was an ideal hotel and location for people like me that have young kids.

My room was off the main floor(very loud) (also could here elevators all night , outside my sliding door was a tree and on other side was a kids pool. My tv didn’t work. My room seemed to be a handicap room , my shower head was running into my chest. I would not recommend , I was in town for a trade show and would not stay over again.

Mosiac is our go to when we come to the village. Love the hot tub and heated pool .. unfortunately it was taken over by young kids but that’s not the hotels fault. Rooms are in need of a refurb but they have everything u need in the kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Staff are always pleasant. Great location. Tones of walkable restaurants and bars and shops.

Check in was fast and easy, parking was convenient, we asked for a pool view room so we could keep an eye on our teenage kids while they swam, and the hotel accommodated. View was great of the pool and ski hills. Hotel is dated, furniture was a little dirty, stains where hands touch, the wooden furniture has seen better days. Beds were comfortable and clean, and we brought some blankets from home to cover the furniture so we didn’t have to look at the stains. The pool was clean and warm, but the hot tub was a little gross. We made the mistake of going in the hot tub during a sunny day, and saw how unclear the water was With the jets off. Did not go back in after that. Stayed on the third floor, and the room above us had some drunk guys party out on the balcony at 1:30 am, was noisy for about 15 minutes, assume the hotel dealt with it as the noise stopped completely, was impressed with how fast it was dealt with. Overall a good stay, just clean the hot tub more often, and build a better system for dealing with stained furniture. Only real problem I had with this property was that the internet that you get is tethered to a low speed unless you pay 14.95 to get the regular internet. Given the prices we were paying per night, this feels like nickel and diming the customers. Just built it into the already exaggerated room prices.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. The kids loved swimming outside in October.
