It’s amazing place we love it everything was great and excellent just the Double bed was little small for 2 Adults and the shampoos are mints flavoured which is not good for kids eyes that’s it the rest of things are perfect thanks for everything .

The room was okay but bathroom was very small with a noisy sliding door that was hard to open and shut. We were disappointed that there was only indoor pool not outdoor. The beach was great but nowhere was it communicated that it was an extra charge - for my daughter and me it was $160 which the staff helpfully told us was the same for 7 people - how does that make sense? Should have been a pp charge (even $50 would be more reasonable so 2 people are not subsidizing family of 7. Love the village vibe and restaurants. Food was great. Check in took way too long. Will be back to village but prob not this hotel

I really liked that the check in was quick and painless, they had a dog park on the property that provided poop bags as well. The dining is accessible from within the hotel and had quick and friendly service. The outdoor pools were really cool too. There is also activities for the kids, basketball and tennia court.

The location of the property is excellent. I did an overnight stay in a doube bed room with a family including a toddler. I was able to do an early check-in and that was super helpful. Also, we could borrow some umbrellas while it was raining. The staff was helpful and responsive. I would have liked if the room was not at the far end and had an electric pole in front of the balcon. I did put a request, however it was told that the rooms with balcony were all occupied. Room was also not in the best of the conditon. The balcony had webs, there was little dust on the TV cabinet. Also it did not have some basic stuff like kettle & moisturiser.

Staff was extremely thoughtful and kind. They made out experience with a toddler to be really fun. Food at the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) and at the bar (live music) was just amazing! My family will definitely return!

Best part of this place is its swimming pool and hot tub (Indoor/outdoor). The room is clean but a little small. There is only two double beds room with no two queen beds option, not so convienient for a family of 4. No microwave.

I am a severely disabled senior staying with my husband to enjoy the Christmas lights. You offered internet service free for only one (1) day. I would be charged for the other days. When I’m not snow boarding or skiing, I was in the room, wishing to stay in touch with our family. Secondly, and more importantly, the shuttle bus service refused to take me in a wheelchair to the village so I could see the lights. I was dumbfounded to be told there was zero accommodation offered to the disabled.

My wife and kids didn’t sleep All night .. the heater was abnormally loud.. needs to be replaced!! How do you rent something like this to someone .. terrible ..

We spent one night here after our day at the spa. Check in was easy and the hotel is very clean. It was very loud and busy in the halls outside our room with hockey parents and kids everywhere. The room was neat and clean but the heating unit was loud and woke me up at night. And the bathroom door wasn't closing properly. But otherwsie, it was a good stay. Very convenient to go the village and the Scenic Caves.
